Ottimo in tutto. Ci siamo resi benvenuti dal momento in cui siamo arrivati e tutto è stato descritto. Avevamo una stanza ben presentata, pulita, tempestiva e ben attrezzata. La zona della piscina è stata grande e mantenuta senza spot con giardini ben manipolati. Sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo. Se pensate di Coolangatta come una destinazione, mettete questo hotel sulla vostra lista

Abbiamo appena avuto 5 notti nell'appartamento 601 (la nostra seconda permanenza a X Kirra) ... L'appartamento è stato ben arredato, molto comodo letto, ma la maggior parte dell'appartamento è stato senza spot pulito e ben guardato. L'unico negativo è che il ventilatore di scarico della cucina era sporco - non che abbiamo fatto nessuna cucina! Ci rimarremmo sicuramente ancora .....

Il nostro check-in è stato il sabato. La ricezione non è dotata di personale per il check-in di fine settimana - ha ricevuto un testo con un codice alla cassa chiave alla porta anteriore che conteneva buste per gli ospiti che si accingono. Le confezioni contenevano due serie di chiavi e fob, più istruzioni per parcheggio e accesso. Dopo aver parcheggiato la macchina, abbiamo fatto il viaggio verso la nostra unità al quinto piano, usando il fob, e in quella unità c’era una cucina ben designata, soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e sedie, sedie da salón e TV a schermo grande. La camera da letto aveva un letto di dimensioni reali e tavoli laterali, un guardaroba a due porte e un piccolo accompagnatore. La posizione della Torre Meridian era eccellente - lungo la strada dalla spiaggia, e vicino a diversi ristoranti e caffè.

Do not stay here unless you want to be personally excluded because DONNA at the front desk will just decide she does not like you for no reason and the forget it is her job to be helpful not the complete opposite. My family booked the sub penthouse and we went for a beach walk and swim yesterday as the apartments are close to both, unfortunately we lost a set of the room keys which we did spend 3 hours looking for, we were very sorry and obviously we didn't plan on it happening. Then because of this incident DONNA made me feel like the worst person in the world even after the fact that I had no issue in paying $150 for the replacement. Then today as we had asked for a late check out which was hard as DONNA does not reply to emails correctly and only answers the questions she wants too. I was happy to pay the additional $50 for an extra hour to stay until 12. My mother went to let DONNA know we would be using the late check out and she bluntly refused us the moment she realised it was the room who had lost the keys and basically told my mother she didn't like us personally so we could not have the check out... the apartments were not booked out and she had previously said we could have the check out. She then told my mother she was getting the general manager to come and kick us out (when my mum told us we all thought she was joking) I then went and told DONNA exactly what I think of her... not much as she's a washed up, miserable old lady. Finally the male manager came (too kick us out hahaha) we were already leaving and not resisting at all. He was trying to understand the whole situation but it is all down to DONNA terrible customer service (she has the personality of a foot) you guys should really find a nice, happy, smiling new receptionist.. no wonder it wasn't booked out. I honestly am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the treatment of myself and my mother not good enough at all. There is no reason to be nasty and rude to people especially when it is your job lady you need jesus I tell ya. Don't stay here if you want to have a nice holiday. If you loose a key you will basically be stoned to death at this place 🤣🤣 its the 21st century get some fob keys guys and save us all the drama.
