Two dirty rooms in a row, first one smelled like feces and was filthy throughout. Second room was also filthy and didnt have hot water but luckily didnt smell like feces. There were vagrants in every stairwell, every stairwell had trash, the stairs by my room had blood all over them...which remained there for a week. Johanna is an absolute terrible human being and doesnt know what the words customer service even means..please get that woman away from the front desk. She will insult you, confuse you, and then threaten you. This place also had ********** and druggies galore, constant yelling at all hours of the night, people banging on doors, slamming doors, honking cars in the parking lot to wake other people in cars who are sleeping in the parking lot. If you are coming here with your family I'd say pick a better place. You've been warned

I'm angry that ******* has this hotel on its list. I really should be refunded for this trip. We went in the room and the floor had large pieces of debris all over, and was sticky. The bathroom toilet seat had poop on it. The towels were all wet. On the back of the door there was a used towell. The beds were made and I hope this janitor changed the sheets. The shower was filfy as well. To top it all off I cut my hand on there dirty outside door. This place was a disaster.

The hotel presents a disappointing experience that undervalues its guests at every turn. From broken equipment to boarded up windows the atmosphere exudes neglect and lack of maintenance. The necessity of night security due to safety concerns ads the feeling of unease, overshadowing any potential comfort. Overall this establishment falls short of expectations providing a grim and unpleasant stay that leaves guests with a lasting impression of a truly unpleasant lodging choice. I don’t usually write reviews but the room was disgusting. Staff was kind and helpful but the room itself was hard to stay in. I ended up booking a different place after the first night because I couldn’t sleep with the smell. It smelt like cigarette smoke. There was food and dirt on the curtains in the room, holes in the wall, the phone in the room, looked like it had coffee or some kind of drink spilled and dried on it. There were insects in the room, not a lot but some. The rooms didn’t have any garbage cans, but was told by staff, if there was any garbage left in the rooms, there would be a 25$ charge. They did have a dumpster to put garbage in, but no cans in the room. Overall I wouldn’t recommend in the current state.

I booked a room through ******* and when I got there they didn’t have the room I booked. The guy at the front offered to show me a different room but it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes/weed. I ended up not staying there.

Miss Rita and Samantha and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing they're quick on their feet and chaotic situations most reading knows how to keep people calm if they ever got to I don't know prime out a window.. they are absolutely amazing they deserve 10 Stars instead of five

The staff is horrible every one of the employees is on something and they are ghetto and ratchet and don't do anything in a manner

Run down area, homeless a problem! Know that is not motels problem, but does effect overall surroundings.
