No after 9pm reception but the hotel sent an email to advise the safe number to collect your room card from the safe, with other late comers. Have to climb stairs with luggage to 2/F. No lift.

Dont let the exterior of the hotel deceive you. The interior of the room that we stayed in looks freshly renovated. It was nice and comfortable. Would love to stay there again if we visit coffs harbour

Very comfortable stay. Bed was a little old and tired but still managed to sleep like a baby before my early morning departure. Great staff interaction as well. Would stay again with no hesitation.
