The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, the rooms and conference hall are very beautifully arranged and organised. The atmosphere is really pleasing, especially on the skybar, where you can relax and chat with your friends next to a big pool. An amazing experience, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back, it id totally worth it.

It was a really nice comfortable experience I must say Everything was clean and very well organised. About the staff, Ramona was the girl which I have to say that it was really joyful and welcoming with us, made us feel really good It's my second time here and definitely will recommend this wonderful place

Came here as part of Insight Vacation Balkan Tour Facilities are ok in general but the showers leak. Not just us but several other couples on 3rd floor. Staff don’t really give a stuff. That’s the problem România service levels are pathetic. There is no service culture like Ireland Greece Scotland etc etc. No real reason to come back to Romania. Sad thing is that nobody in Romania seems to understand that. Chamber of commerce show some leadership and all your people will be rewarded by really caring about the people that buy your products

Stylish, sleak, chic hotel in centre of Brasov. Location is wonderful being so close to historical centre, but far enough away as not be affected by the lively noise. Rooms very modern and very quiet and effective A/C. Welcome was warm and excellent facilities. Breakfast selection was great and a la carte options were good. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to give tips and give umbrellas when required. I just loved the styling and comfort of the room and the touches in decor.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very modern and clean inside. Would recommend. The only bits to watch out for are parking, which is nearly impossible near the hotel and it wasn't easy to find out where the hotel parking is (it's 15min walk away). Additionally, the weather was great when we visited and we couldn't get any seating by the pool, as it's small, but this could be solved by going earlier.

The experience at the Radisson blue aurium hotel was exceptional, having all the facilities and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff being professional people and well trained in the field, the reception staff friendly and always smiling especially Miss Delia
