Hotel a Cliffside Park, Stati Uniti d'America

Inizialmente prenotato questo hotel che sostituisce l'appartamento precedente. Dopo aver raggiunto è poco lontano dalla città ma molto conveniente servizio autobus appena fuori dall'hotel in strada 158 vi porta la 42esima strada. Bella e molto pulita grande camera. È perfetto per coloro che vogliono rilassarsi in atmosfera di pace. Front Counter sempre accolto con faccia sorridente. Specialmente il colombiano disposto a fornire tutta la vostra assistenza. Una buona cosa gratis caffè in diversi gusti sempre in attesa di voi 24/7. In generale resterò di nuovo il mio prossimo viaggio per certo 👍

Ci è piaciuto stare nel tuo hotel. Mia madre ha detto che desiderava non dover and****ne. Bella posizione vicino all'acqua e alla vista di New York City. Il parcheggio era gratuito ma doveva andare al 3° piano. Forse mi sbaglio, ma quando ho prenotato la camera pensavo che ci fosse la colazione gratuita ma non ne ho visto nessuno. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati velocissimi. La camera era bella e pulita, uno dei soggiorni più confortevoli che abbiamo durante la nostra vacanza multi stato di 20 giorni. Grazie.

Questa suite è molto comoda e paesaggio senza aria.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio dell'hotel è anche molto entusiasta.Il parcheggio dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la colazione è buona.Vale la pena raccomandare.

L'ambiente interno è molto buono, l'hotel è nuovissimo, la colazione è inclusa, il pranzo e la cena possono essere ordinati dal menu, l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, ma la posizione non è molto comoda, solo Uber, autobus e stazioni della metropolitana possono 't andare in giro, vicino al viadotto

Questo è un hotel a prezzi preziosi; il personale è amichevole e piacevole ai clienti; tuttavia, non c'è stata una piscina e un jacuzzi dal 2019, ed è stata la prima volta che ho prenotato l'hotel per stare con i miei genitori per 10 giorni. Anche in quel momento, la piscina era in costruzione nel 2019, e da allora non c'era nulla di cambiato. Non c'erano asciugamani adeguati nel centro fitness, quindi la circolazione dell'aria non era in buona forma. Posizione eccellente per andare a Times Square! L'autobus passa davanti all'hotel. Prendi in considerazione gli orari degli autobus poiché a volte passano ogni 45 minuti e c'è un po' di traffico a senso unico. Ma il ritorno a tarda notte è molto veloce, 15-20 minuti sono in hotel. L'hotel è super pulito! È moderno e relativamente nuovo. Il personale è molto disponibile e il check-in e il check-out sono super veloci. I letti super comodi e il bagno grande! Eravamo al 4 ° piano ed era super silenzioso, non si sentiva alcun rumore, ideale per riposare. Parcheggio gratuito e c'è sempre un posto. La colazione è buona e la cosa buona è che puoi farlo da asporto se non hai tempo per mangiare lì. Abbiamo viaggiato con bambini e ci è piaciuto moltissimo! Torneremo ad aprile o maggio 😬

Bed bugs, lies, impolite staff and transfer madness! We booked that hotel for it’s park/stay/cruise option and for it’s Hilton good name. After a long 12 hour drive, we got to the hotel and straight to bed we went. We saw one bug, then, thought nothing of it. Then more crawled onto my leg…we saw 4 that we picked up and killed. Right away, we got dressed, and got out the room with all our luggage. We went to the front desk (around midnight). No one was there, I called and then someone picked up. We explained the situation to the person at check-in. He yelled to go away with those bugs, not wanting to see them and rushed us to throw in the garbage. Which we did after taking pictures. Following that, the clerk said the hotel was full, so no other option offered us to let us but to sleep on the pull out couch in that same bed bugs room… we decided to just go and sleep in our car at that point, asking if we could at least access showers in the morning to get ready. He agreed. He also said that our room would be refunded, to give them 3-5 working days and that we could still let our car parked there during our cruise. In the morning, we wanted to go wash up, a new person was there. We explained the situation and he confirmed the cancellation too. Then offered me towels so I could go freshen up (shower option was gone). We were directed to use the pool toilets, which did not even have hands soap. Fast forward 10 cruise days - the charge is on my Visa. Before leaving for home, we go back to the hotel with the intention of obtaining a written confirmation of that cancellation. One hour later, no cancellation in sight. Only the promise of a new manager to call me back once he gets more info on his side after being I was told they had more urgent things to do. After being lied 2 twice and dismissed once, I wrote to Hilton for a follow-up, they gave the hotel 3 days to fix this and that 3 day has passed and still nothing… this is the first time in my life that such a bad service has happened in an hotel and my first bedbug encounter. I hope they make good on their refund promise…

Me and Harlem go way back. Aloft Harlem used to be my go to hotel before I started staying more on the lower east side. In fact, a Marriott employee who used to work at Aloft directed me to this brand new, just opened hotel. I was excited to return to uptown and stay in this spot! I wanted to love this hotel. I don’t like giving lackluster reviews and feeling like a Karen. But over two nights, the transgressions just piled up. I’m a Marriott ambassador who stays in hotels about 240 nights a year. I never bring up my status. This might be the first time I actually uttered in frustration, “it’s September and I’ve already spent 27,000 dollars at these hotels, why is this so hard?” Upon checkin, it took almost an hour. This is even more frustrating because my first night was business and my company always sends a spending authorization. Two days in a row I checked with the hotel to see if they had received the authorization. They lost the first one. They mismanaged the second one. I always call or chat ahead to ensure a smooth checkin. It was still a mess when I arrived. The room was a “Central Park view.” I should have known better; I don’t know why I believed this title. I know New York geography better than that. I was looking into a building. Central Park facing or in the direction of Central Park shouldn’t be called central park view. I had changed from the city view to the Central Park view before arrival and I guess I’m glad I did because while they were trying to figure out my reservation they mentioned they had oversold the city view rooms. I will say the black out shades do a great job. The bed was fine. Sheets were a little co****. This hotel costs close to what a Moxy costs, so their sheets should be comparably smooth and comfortable. The bathroom was an absolute joke. Maybe not all the rooms are like mine, but mine may as well not have had a door. As you can see in my photos, the door is for “art.” There is a huge gap where you can see everything! Like probably 12 inches or greater of a gap! Who designed this and thought it was a great idea?! Glad I was alone. The air unit is SUPER loud. Doesn’t bother me as much since we usually have a fan on at home, but it was so loud that when it came on, I had to turn the TV up. It will likely bother some people. And you can hear everything through the walls. Oh, and the toilet clogged twice. And one of the days, the hot water was off all day for repairs, though that’s out of anyone’s control. It’s just giving context to a very un-relaxing stay. Back to the front desk mess—I later noted a destination fee on my bill (I had two separate bills because one night was business and one was personal). I don’t mind destination fees—I’ve had them at many Marriott properties. But I was never informed of this one. I even asked at the restaurant, and they had no idea. I finally went to the desk and asked and they explained I should have been given vouchers for each ni
