Hotel in zona Roberto Clemente Park, Cleveland

Era un po' difficile da trovare. Situato in un quartiere molto bello, molto pulito e piacevole. L'hotel stesso sembra più vecchio. Pitto per molte volte. Ho prenotato una camera da fumo con un letto regina perché mi serviva solo un soggiorno di notte. La camera è una piccola stanza, con TV, unità di acc, una stanza da bagno e doccia, e la camera dice che includeva colazione, che era un bonus assoluto, perché significava una cosa meno da fermare. La mattina dopo mi è stato detto che non era stato offerto il colazione per via di 'de' cosiddetto cosiddetto colazione, e che non avevano offerto colazione in due anni. Non mi è stato detto questo quando mi sono reclutato, le foglie erano dipinte, come un pezzo di tessuto nella stanza, e non c'era neanche un bagaglio nella stanza, che è più di una cosa di comodità, suppongo. e non c’era frigorifero o microonde (non mi aspettavo queste strutture, ma mi aspettavo) e la stanza comprendeva degli asciugamani e dei bagni, insieme ad un asciugacapelli che non mi serviva. In Ohio per passare le vacanze con la famiglia, il nostro aereo mattinale è stato cancellato per la seconda volta dopo la nostra arrivo all'aeroporto. Cercavamo un hotel con una navetta aeroportuale e ristoranti a pochi passi; Check & check! Il personale era sopra e oltre gentile e accogliente. Il lobby e la nostra stanza erano molto puliti e la sedia e il letto così comodo. Ottima, calda ospite - mi sentivo come se fossi in un hotel molto più costoso!

Al momento del check-in, siamo stati trasferiti in un letto king size con vista sulla piscina del divano letto e ci hanno dato un paio di drink ed è stato bello. È un servizio limitato a causa del COVID-19, ma la piscina era aperta e anche il ristorante. Bell'hotel vicino a Bay Village e al Lago Erie.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì molte volte. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Questo luglio 2023, quando abbiamo soggiornato una settimana uno dei signori che valet il vostro veicolo era estremamente rude per me. Sono solo fenomenali. Abbiamo soggiornato nella zona del salone del club questa volta. Tutte le signore sono di prima vista. Antoinette Peterson era solo fenomenale!!! Lei è una signora chiunque volesse essere nella loro squadra! Lei è professionale, amichevole e un bene per questo hotel. Penso di rimanere nella zona del salone del club ogni volta che restiamo lì.

We were mostly very pleased with our 7 night stay. From the moment we drove up we could tell this was a great properly. The gentlemen who helped us instilled the utmost confidence that our car would be taken care of property. Check-in went smoothly and baggage handling (by one of the men out front) also great. We had a lovely suite. We requested that the comforter be removed and replaced with blankets. The housekeeper came immediately and took care of this request. We were not pleased that robes and slippers were not provided and even more displeased that no turndown was available either. At $1,000 a night this should not happen. A bigger issue was the lack of proper housekeeping. I have never seen so much dust in a room. I put a pair of black slacks on the vanity stool and they were covered in thick dust. I then looked around and found almost every other surface was laden with dust as well. Although we had service every day, the drape was left hanging off the rod, shower and fixtures left uncleaned and drinking glasses were not replaced. A lamp that didn't work was ignored even though we put the plug up on the table to show them. The pillowcases were not tucked on the pillows correctly. With no pillow protectors you could see the not great looking pillows. Also, not happy with the large bottles of shampoo, body wash etc., they seem to have done away with the small bottles that are easier to use in the shower where there is limited space. Also, a card on the counter telling you these bottles are for use while you are at the hotel. I inquired at the front desk, they said they are $50.00 each if you remove them. They also said the small bottles are no longer available. After using them, I have to say they weren't that great. Additionally, a shaving shelf would be great in the shower for the ladies. At breakfast one morning I went to the front desk to tell them about the abundance of dust. A lovely manager, Michelle Thomas was very nice. She immediately comped one of our nights and said she would address this with housekeeping. This is a lovely hotel. Staff, valet, front desk, restaurant are very nice. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It's a shame to see it improperly cared for. I will review Turn restaurant separately. It was a highlight.

Non è un brutto posto dove stare, sento che avrei potuto ottenere di più in un altro posto a un prezzo migliore. Ho selezionato il doppio albero per il nome, ma non sono rimasto particolarmente colpito da tutto ciò che hanno fatto rispetto ad altri posti a un costo inferiore. Neanche questo contro di loro, ma ci siamo svegliati presto l'ultima notte a causa di un allarme antincendio che è scattato nel cuore della notte.
