Hotel a 3 stelle a Clearwater Beach

Anche se l'hotel non è molto nuovo, è pulito e pulito.La piscina e il ristorante al primo piano sono molto buoni. Il ristorante ha musica vivente ogni notte. Seduto fuori ascoltando la musica e guardando il tramonto e il sole.Da l'hotel a Bianco Beach per circa cinque minuti, la persona si sente ancora molto vicina, può prendere i tovaglioli sulla reception. C'è una macchina da caffè Kurig nella stanza dell'hotel. La lavanderia è un lavoro di Bath & Body.In generale, è un buon rapporto prezzo con l'acqua pulita.Se il parcheggio è gratuito, ora è 25 coltelli ogni notte, entra e esce.

We stayed here for 2 nights following a fun but exhausting Disney World Trip. This was JUST what I needed after 5 days of walking around Disney! We booked two rooms for our family of 5. We had a ”in-land”/city view, which was beautiful in it's own. I dare say there is no bad view at this hotel! The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, at a Hampton Inn! Breakfast was good & simple each morning. As a diamond member, they waived my parking fee which was a nice, pleasant surprise as we did park on-site. We loved walking out the door and having our own private beach. Although it was a small area, it was private so it was nice. We stayed at the beach all day, and the water was warm & inviting. We had two manatees swim up to us one day, and it was really amazing! The fee for two lounge chairs & an umbrella was $20 per day, which wasn't bad considering you had it ALL day long. The sun was really hot, so we mainly used it for storing our drinks, towels, clothes, etc. It was worth the cost for some shade here and there. The pool area was nice as well to use after the beach and the water was equally as warm. We went to the bar in the evenings to have a cocktail and the waiters were friendly, and the wine selection was good. It was a nice outside area to have a cocktail. Everything here was very well thought out you can tell. The staff were nice and the property is VERY well taken care of for a beachfront property. I know how run-down beachfront properties can get with families that put a lot of wear and tear on rooms and public spaces, however this property is extremely clean & well taken care of! I will absolutely stay here in the future- it was a great first trip to Clearwater beach!

First time staying at this property (August 31 - September 3), it did not disappoint. The facility was inviting and clean. The chaise and chairs surrounding the pool were plentiful and nice. The pool towels and room towels may need to be replaced as they were a bit worn. The room was immaculate. Great housekeeping staff. Always so friendly when I needed those extra towels. What stood out the most for me were the valet folks; they were on top of their game. A quick shoutout to Marc and Brian G.; thank you for the great valet service.

Il servizio era grande. Come molti altri commentatori hanno riportato, le luci del sensore di movimento sono talvolta problematiche. Ma il desk front è molto rispondente. Anche la macchina del ghiaccio sul mio pavimento non ha funzionato, che è una cosa per me personalmente. Ma l'hotel stesso è bellissimo e puzza sorprendente!! Anche se non è direttamente sulla spiaggia, è lungo la strada e a passeggiata molto breve. L'unico cibo che avevo c'era al bar fuori, ma era davvero buono!

L'abbiamo usata all'inizio di novembre, e sembra che ci siano pochi hotel che seguono per il prezzo. La vista sull'acqua è sul lato del mare, quindi si può vedere bene, ma questo hotel non è situato proprio davanti al mare, ma è un hotel lungo la strada, quindi l'hotel davanti è un po' lontano. Abbiamo avuto figli, quindi abbiamo affittato una stanza con due letti regina, e c'era una stanza sul 10° piano. Il bar sul tetto è anche sul 10° piano, quindi è un po' divertente avere un drink leggero e venire in camera subito. Il grande Wall Greens 24-hour è vicino. C'è anche una microonde nell'ostello, così si può cucinare i pasti semplici. La piscina sul primo piano è piccola, ma è una piscina riscaldata, quindi è buono riposare. Ma è profondo, quindi è un po' pericoloso per i bambini giovani di giocare.

RNB Motel was in the perfect location. The manager Robert was a great host and as nice a man as could be. You asked for anything and he would meet your needs as soon as he could to the best of his ability. The pool area was always clean and a nice, beautiful place to gather. Many of the guests shared a pleasant evening or two in the pool area. The parking situation was not easy and expensive but that is all of Clearwater Beach not just the motel issue. The beach was a very short walk and ”beach toys” were available or us to take and use. For an 80+ year old motel it was a little shabby and not as much chic. Art Deco style mostly maintained. Repairs should be made not covered over to try to hide. A patch of layered and painted masking tape over a hole, on a door, is more noticeable than a wood putty filled painted hole, and other noticeable ”fix-its”. The place charges Hilton $ but uses Dollar Tree items for nearly everything. The kitchen was clean and there were the usual little appliances, but it was hit and miss for meal making and eating, While Robert would have gotten us anything we asked for we thrift shopped as part of our fun so we picked up a few kitchen items that were needed and left them. Thrift shop items better quality and less expensive than the Dollar tree stuff. The couch bed was truly a nightmare of collapsing frame. The mattress was CHEAP and ill fitting, leaving a lot to be desired. I wished for my air mattress or camp cot, even a hammock would have been an improvement. The floor of our rooms could have been washed and waxed much better. One motion sensor light in the pool area was really sensitive and for no apparent reason turned on and off all night shining brightly into the glass door of the room. We did feel safe walking about at night and secure in our room. Thank you Robert for making us feel like we were really special. Tip to Owners: Spend a little money make a little money, Spend a little more money and make a lot more money. Cheaping out isn't good for business in the end.

We checked in and things seemed to go well. We dropped our things in the room, went out for the day, and then came back to go to bed. I went to pull the covers down and smelled urine. I thought the top blanket must have something on it, so I pulled it off. Then I got into bed which I was sharing with my daughter and smelled urine again. I asked her if she could smell it and she said a little bit. I questioned if it was their blanket, stuck my nose to the blanket, and oh my God, it was so bad we dove off the bed. I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up in gloves to check the whole mattress and bed. I told him he needed to smell it, and finally, he did. Let out some choice words and left to tell the downstairs manager. He told me they were moving us immediately, extremely apologetic, and the manager when he came in in the morning was comping our room for the week. Just not the resort fee. They said this has never happened and how awful they felt. I thanked them for handling it so professionally. However, our toilet stopped working in the second room and I was never able to get maintenance to take a look at it. I did not want to be naggy since our room was already free, so I didn't get annoying. When I went to check out, the front desk people looked like deer in headlights, claimed they had no idea what happened, refused to comp the room as promised, and were completely unapologetic. Acted like they had no idea where the manager was. Who the night staff could have been, who the manager on call was the night it happened. Just completely unprofessional. I was shocked. I was a front desk supervisor for many years at a Hilton. I know how things get done, and this was not how. You know who your management was, you know who was on the night before. For them to act like they didn't know anything about anything was ridiculous. Stick to brand name hotels - this level of service is unacceptable. They are not about service one bit. Guess they are hard up for $1300 over appropriately handling a guests that laid in a bed with urine on it. I held out on my reviews to give them a chance to handle their business correctly, but I still have no credit.

The beach was amazing and such great views! Super clean and staff was so friendly! Walking distance from so many fun places and so much to do!! Mark was awesome and took such great care of us!! Manatees swam near us and we were surrounded by so many cool looking fish! Got to see dolphins and meet so many great people! Highly recommend the winter dolphin for your stay!
