I complimented the staff at the front desk upon my departure. This hotel is one of the cleanest, most customer focused I have used in years. Highest recommendation and when my travels take me to the Portland area, I will use it.

This provides easy access to Portland and offers nearby shopping and dining. Very clean rooms and facilities. We would definitely stay again!

Had to stay due to our power going out. It was a nice room and they had all the amenities. Breakfast was great as well.

The staff is so friendly and professional. Rooms so nice and clean. Came from FL on 12/12/23. Left 12/18. Would 1000 percent recommend this hotel. So close to everything.
Staff was extremely helpful.

Well-designed room. Only flaws I saw were created by other people staying in the hotel, and unfortunately occurred right before I entered the elevator. I'm sure the staff promptly fixed the situation when they realized, as the rest of the hotel was in orderly condition. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, with a myriad of options.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a fridge and kitchen. Unfortunately, room service did not come on the second day. There were some adult guests whose mental stability seemed questionable, making it difficult for a family with a little one to feel safe after witnessing a lobby altercation. On a positive note, the pool area was well-maintained. The breakfast staff demonstrated a genuine care for their job and were helpful in presenting the food items for the morning buffet.
