Good hotel, very nice staff with strongly support. Will book again

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

New, clean, good staff. Many thanks for Xiao Wang on the reception. For such locations its commonly nobody understand English. But he helped us a lot. So many thanks for this place for trip we had.

Good hotel to stay in cixi. The attention is so nice, the breakfast need to improve.

入住體驗極好，前台叉手禮很有特色，服務很熱情主動，對於提出的需求能快速有效地滿足，幫忙升級了房間，住的很舒服，房間乾淨整潔，智能馬桶和智能機器人很有特色

前台小姑娘小佳奉茶服務很好，禮儀很標準，服務態度好，服務很貼心，很暖心[玫瑰]～體驗非常好，價格公道，下次還會再來的.^◡^.

第一次來慈溪入住這家酒店 首先進門就感覺 房間舒適温馨，隔音效果良好。工作人員熱情周到，服務態度極佳。真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店 ，特別是洗衣服務，對出差的我來説純救贖 房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，房間特別乾淨，入住放心。酒店 周邊交通出行方便，自助的早餐有個元氣朝食的特色，我個人比較喜歡狀元及第粥，菠菜麪綠油油的不是很喜歡

禮儀官奉茶很優美，茶水味道好喝的，紅棗味道很濃， 房間住的挺好的，出行很便利還有地下停車廠，前台小美女很可愛[強]~

血淚避雷！這家酒店春節差點把我氣到早產！大過年的帶着肚子裏的寶寶住店，結果遭遇雙重暴擊： 1. 説好的無煙房全是煙味！ 我訂房時專門勾選了無煙房，結果一開門差點被煙味薰吐！《消費者權益保護法》可是白紙黑字寫着酒店必須兑現承諾！更氣人的是前台還推脱説"可能之前客人偷偷抽了"，你們禁煙標識是貼給空氣看的嗎？讓孕婦吸二手煙你們負得起責？ 2. 凌晨4點走廊變工地！ 2月3號凌晨4點睡得正香，突然被哐當哐當的聲音嚇醒！開門發現服務員推着布草車在走廊咣咣搬東西！酒店事後甩鍋説是"外包人員"，可《民法典》早就規定外包也得酒店負責！哪家正經酒店會讓員工半夜吵客人？最後鬧到報警！早上在寒風直吹的大廳在前台處理這件事一個多小時！酒店經理人不在還，還騙説沒發過來，警察來了他才出現！ 3. 死扛着不肯退錢！ 出了這麼多問題要求退當晚388元房費，經理居然説"房間您也睡了不能退"？按《消費者權益保護法》這種服務不到位的情況本來就應該賠！已打12315投訴，姐妹們等我後續！ **真心勸告：孕婦、帶娃家庭、淺睡眠的千萬要避開！要證據我有報警記錄+視頻，不信邪的儘管去試！

前台小女生奉茶服務做的很不錯，房間很乾凈，停車方便，服務挺不錯的，還有智能機器人可以送餐[玫瑰]~

前台服務員小黃服務細緻熱情，花鈿粧非常好看很有特色，房間感覺整潔，入住體驗非常不錯。
