Hotel con ubicación céntrica! Habitaciones muy limpias. Servicio de recepción 24h, muy atentos y amables.

Posizione strategica per il centro di Ciutadella e vicino a due passi dal porto. Perfetto per passeggiate e per arrivare velocemente in centro storico. L'hotel è pulitissimo, ordinato, sobrio, con arredamento minimalista. Camere nella norma. FrigoBar, cassaforte e kit bagno compresi gli spazzolini da denti. Degno di nota l'uso di materiali riciclabili e tutto il packaging di carta riciclabile. Bravi e attenti all'ambiente. Distributore di acqua fresca alla reception. Hanno disponibili alcuni ombrelloni lasciati dagli ospiti, potete chiederli. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia delle camere ottima. La colazione è ottima a buffet, con prodotti del territorio e con una zona per persone allergiche. Siamo stati bene. Unica nota, o meglio, un consiglio, sarebbe utile pensare qualcosa per poter stendere gli asciugamani del mare umidi...purtroppo le camere non hanno balcone e delle tende da giorno alle finestre per evitare di dover usare quelle per la notte e dover accendere le luci in camera.... Ma sono piccole cose. Bravi

Ottima posizione, camera essenziale ma pulita con letti comodi. Ottima la 1a colazione inclusa e bella la piscina. Ottima soluzione per soggiorno a Ciutadella a 5 minuti piedi dal porto e dal centro città

Stiamo trascorrendo 3 notti qui e abbiamo deciso di prenotare una suite in modo da avere un balcone per rilassarsi alla fine di una giornata. Ci è stata assegnata la Suite Mallorca e siamo molto felici. Si può sentire che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. È luminoso e arioso con un comodo letto king size, divano, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè Krups e cassaforte. Il bagno è abbastanza spazioso con una doccia fantastica, vasca separata e soffici asciugamani. Ci sono vari articoli da toeletta se necessario. Se potessi dare un piccolo suggerimento, un paio di accappatoi sarebbero un'ottima aggiunta alle suite per rilassarsi in camera. L'ampio balcone ha uno stendibiancheria, un paio di lettini e un paio di sedie con tavolo e grande ombrellone. In questo periodo dell'anno fa un po' caldo per sedersi sul balcone durante il giorno, ma arrivare a 5ish in poi e l'aria è bellissima, con una vista molto lontana in fondo alla strada del mare. A non più di 50 metri di distanza c'è un piccolo supermercato, l'ideale per mangiare qualcosa da mangiare se hai voglia di un cambiamento rispetto a mangiare in uno degli abbondanti caffè o bar vicini di Ciutadella. Ciò che spicca davvero nell'hotel è l'accoglienza calorosa e amichevole che ricevi da tutto il personale. All'arrivo ci è stata data una guida rilassata per quanto riguarda le strutture dell'hotel e anche di Ciutadella e dei suoi dintorni. Sono celiaca e quindi ho bisogno di una dieta senza glutine. Le ragazze nella sala colazione sono state di grande aiuto nel consigliare le mie opzioni e nel controllare gli ingredienti, sono eccezionali. L'intero hotel è immacolato e la piscina e la mini-palestra sono fantastiche. Nel complesso, se state programmando una visita alla splendida Ciutadella consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Lovely hotel that has been very well planned. The Hotel itself is next to the port and a five minute walk to the town center. My room was a suite on the 4th top floor, a nice sized room with big shower and separate bath. Comfy bed and pillows. There is a good breakfast room and small outdoor pool. Highly recommended

Lovely room well stocked, fabulous breakfast choice available from 7.30am till 11.30. Warm and comfortable areasaround the hotel.Helpful friendly staff. Even umbrellas to loan when it rains.Hotel in a good location you can walk to the toen centrein 5 minutes.

Nice location in the town of ciutadella. We had a suite as you get the extra outside space, large terrace with two sunbeds and a table & chairs. Nice big room. Digging up a road outside most of our stay so a little annoying when on the terrace. My worst part was on two consecutive mornings, I had ants drop into my cereal bowl along with my cereals, they obviously lived in the cereal dispenser. I left them both mornings and didn't try again after that. Good selection of other breakfast foods though.

This was a really lovely small hotel. It is very close to the centre of Cuitadella old town, which meant that it was close to some excellent restuarants, including our favourite Moriarty. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - every member of staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from the waitress at breakfast, the reception staff and the cleaners. Our room, I have to say was basic but it had a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Plenty of coat hangers, a safe and a fridge and although there was no kettle there was one for general use in the lounge area by reception. Complimentary water by the glass was also available from a dispenser by reception. The swimming pool as gorgeous. Very clean and a good size for swimming lengths and towels can be obtained from reception. Lovely seating area around the pool as well with sun beds and also relaxing sofas and chairs. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, fruit, breads and pastries, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee from the machine was excellent. Wifi was also excellent and for those who want it there were English TV channels available. A/C also worked well.

Pros Nice welcome upon arrival. Good location for walk to the port/restaurants and the old town Steps or slopes down to the port - not a good location for people in wheelchairs though ( unless somebody really fit and strong is pushing the chair) or for people with mobility issues, but ok for pushchairs. Suites are enormous and spotless TV offers BBC - if that matters to you Loads of natural light and windows in our suite The Mallorca Lift right opposite us. Very fast and efficient. Our suite had a nice roof top terrace with sun beds and washing line Suntrap. Families welcome if you have young children Cleaning top notch in hotel itself (but pool needed more attention) Light airy breakfast room even though it was in the basement. Comfy seating with plenty of space. Good variety of milk options at breakfast. Cons Not good value for money, but guess you are paying for the convenience of the location. No ramp to access hotel - only steps. Swimming pool in very shady residential setting enclosed by high walls Reception Staff - some were super helpful & others disinterested in guests. Worse breakfast we had in Menorca (stayed in 5 different hotels on our recent holiday) Nothing cooked to order. Dry pastries. Even small doughnuts. were cut in half! That said staff were pleasant and regularly replenished food. Flies around the buffet, which is my pet hate. Food needs transparent covers. But orange juice was excellent. Not adult only - which is our preference. Noisy toddlers/crying and having tantrums in pool area.

We had a really relaxing time here. Staff are warm and friendly, breakfast is excellent with lots of choice, constantly replenished. The pool area is a nice chill-out zone. Rooms are a good size with super en-suite shower room. Location is peaceful while being just a few minutes walk from the harbour and the magnificent old town of Ciutadella. Would return in a heartbeat. Totally recommend.

Booked here for a week's holiday and were very pleased with the outcome. We picked the Patricia because it was a 5min walk from the main square and gave easy access to the old town, but was sufficiently outside of it to allow easy access\exit and parking for our hire car. Finding it was a doddle and there's ample parking along Passeig de Sant Nicolau to leave a car. Check in was easy, done it a couple of minutes and the room was a reasonable size, not the biggest, but not tiny either. Bathroom a nice size and a big waterfall style shower. Breakfast was included and the dining area in the basement was well laid out, well lit etc and the food selection was a decent light continental style spread. Staff were excellent, always on hand to help and provide info about stuff where they could. Cleaning staff were lightning quick in the mornings as well. We were very impressed! Our room overlooked the pool area and whilst we didn't make use of it, it was always immaculately kept and appeared popular with other guests. It's walled in from the street as well, so nice and private. Location was generally quiet and no issues, as there's a police station literally a block away! However, if you're in a room at the rear of the building you might get some noise in the evenings from the boat club that overlooks the harbour behind. Although we only really noticed this at the weekend (Fri\Sat) and that was mostly because we like to have windows open. With those closed, it was no real bother. All in all, a nice place to stay, good location, decent price and nice people. We'd definitely use again if we visit Citudella again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel Patricia.notre suite du dernier étage était magnifique, confortable et lumineuse. L'hôtel était très propre et très calme. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. La piscine est très jolie et agréable avec un espace ombragé et équipé.

Hôtel très beau ,propre et surtout très bien placé à deux minutes à pied du centre et du port de Ciutadella.une piscine et une petite salle de sport complètent l’hôtel .les petits déjeuner sont très bien ,variés .se garer à proximité de l’hôtel était assez facile du moins au mois de juin . Je recommande

Hôtel 3 m’ à pieds du centre bon accueil belle déco rue calme gde chambre très propre un seul bémol pas de meuble penderie fermé ( espace cintres avec étagère ) petit dej copieux et varié ( sucre / salé ) personnel agréable et hôtel très propre piscine ds l’hôtel
