Molto nuovo e pulito appartamento hotel, ci sono piccole cucine, piccole sale soggiorno, tutte le attrezzature e un'esperienza di soggiorno buona. L'hotel è anche buono con piscina.Il colazione è molto semplice, la classe è meno, il gusto è buono.

E' stato molto bello.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 32 giorni. L'hotel è senza spot, il desk front Elizabeth, Eileen, Alexis e il resto erano favolosi. Non c'era problema. Arrivammo due giorni prima quando li chiamammo dicendo che non avevano una stanza di disabilità. Ero a posto per due giorni. Il giorno in cui ci trasferissimo nella stanza di disabilità per un mese Elizabeth era uscita per assicurarsi che ci fosse stato aiutato e tutti trasferiti.Abbiamo viaggiato in tutto il paese e Hilton è il nostro hotel di scelta. Abbiamo avuto pochi non così buoni, ma casa 2Suites Middletown NY è il migliore che abbia avuto anche un problema con il mio sedile sul mio camminatore mancava una serra che ho chiesto a Elizabeth se fosse un posto di fornitura medica vicino. Gabe ha sentito e ha trovato uno e ha detto di lasciarmi vedere. Gabe è andato da qualche parte, è tornato con una serratura e un serratrice e mi ha fissato il camminatore.Erano come la famiglia. Tutti erano fantastici.

We knew we were going to be a late check-in and an early check-out when we were deciding on where to stay. We saw the pictures of the breakfast and the hotel looked pretty new and clean, so we decided to pick this Tru. The breakfast shown on the Hilton website is not what you get. The microwave had almost an inch of water in it (we measured). The toaster was broken. The ”Donuts, Muffins, and Bagel” section had some bagels and nothing else. No hard boiled eggs or waffles. The juice machine was out of at least 1 juice. There were three pieces of fruit available, a container of gross looking oatmeal, egg frittata, and sausage links. When we asked the attendant about the bringing out more food, he said that they order the food late and therefore they did not have any. If a hotel is going to offer breakfast it should be up to par. I understand that things break and run out but this many things going wrong is not cool. The floor in our room was dirty. They likely dry mop the floors or just vacuum, but this does not remove the dirt. The floor was sticky and our feet were black after only a few minutes of walking on it. I do not know if this is indicative of hotels in the area, this Tru, or Tru hotels in general but I will not be staying at one again (I had planned on staying at one in November but not anymore). Over the years I have likely stayed at about 20 Hilton hotels around the U.S. and world and this one was the worst by far.

To me, a 5-star rating is highly unusual and means in all aspects, this business was outstanding. An exceptional value, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations. Clean room with everything working as it should. The blackout shade was close to the window meaning no light came in from the sides. The room and bathroom were spacious and well lit. The HVAC had a fan ON setting which I like for ”white noise” to sleep. The bathroom sink is raised so washing anything in it doesn't hurt my back by requiring me to bend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Every staff member I encountered was gracious and/or helpful. I cannot wait to go back!
