Stayed at this hotel with wife and a 1 year old baby for 10 months from January to September, 2024 for work. We could not praise enough everything about this hotel. The hotel is 3-4 years old but kept pristine, all the public areas and all the rooms we stayed at were 100% well kept, everything was modern and comfortable. Every single staff at the hotel were top notch, hospitable and personal, very helpful on all occasions. If you ever needed anything, they will do everything they can to help out, I couldn't say enough about the staff members. 100% great experience, from hotel amenities like the pool to breakfast, absolutely the best Residence Inn we ever stayed at, and I've worked all over the country and stayed at countless Marriott and Hilton hotels.

We had our wedding after party at the late night bar in the lobby and had a blast. The staff had everything ready and set up for us and we’re very patient with our large (and rowdy) group. They made sure we were all taken care of and couldn’t have been more professional. Thank you to the staff and thank you to Kayla for helping us organize and plan it all!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night with my wife and two kids. We spent the day at legoland and decided to rest here for the night. We had a wonderful stay! Staff is very friendly and nice. Especially the staff who were taking care of the breakfast area. The room was spacious for a family of four. You can tell this building is fairly new. I liked the fact that they had a laundry room to clean our clothes. The complimentary breakfast was basic but it was enough for what we need. The fresh waffle maker is always a deal breaker with kids. I would definitely stay here again and would recommended this hotel to others.

I'm a Hilton Honors Gold member and I had stayed with my family at the Home2 Suites in Middletown, NY for a wedding.   Our stay was uneventful until the day of our departure. I was unexpectedly running late and immediately went downstairs to the front desk an hour before checkout time to request a late checkout and spoke to the front desk manager who later identified herself as Liz or Lisa (”Ms. L”). She checked with someone on her radio and subsequently advised it was not possible, saying checkout time was 11:30. Knowing that I needed additional time to finish packing, I followed up and stated I was a Hilton Honors Gold member and asked if that status would possibly grant a little extra time. She provided no response and proceeded doing other tasks. I made my way back upstairs to my room and ran into a housekeeper cleaning a room on my floor. I also asked her if it was okay to have a little extra time to pack. She responded check out time was 11:30. I acknowledged her response and let her know that I was going to pack as quickly as possible and also indicated that my wife and insistent toddler would take a quick last trip to the pool while I was packing. And so, I returned to my room while my wife and toddler went to the pool. As I had done prior to our trip, it was more efficient for them to be out of the way while I packed - especially within the smaller confines of our hotel room.   Consequently, I continued to aggressively pack. However, starting around 11:10; for the next 20 or so minutes, I experienced intimidating and harassing conduct by Ms. L. and a housekeeping supervisor who identified herself as Krista or Kristal (”Ms. K”). Approximately every five minutes, I was repeatedly interrupted by phone calls and then multiple knocks on my door from Ms. L. and Ms. K. asking me if I was going to check out; and each time, they advised 11:30 a.m. was checkout time. I repeatedly advised them I had understood them the first time and that I was doing everything in my ability to quickly pack. Their behavior was extremely disruptive and intimidating.   As a former Diamond member and now Gold member, I've stayed multiple times at various Hilton properties including a Hilton Grand Vacation resort and have never experienced such harassment and humiliation by hotel staff. I could not understand what triggered their intimidating behavior other than that I was running late and that my wife and toddler were using the pool so close to check out time, while I was packing.   Regardless, I ultimately finished packing and ensured our room was in good condition while my wife and toddler returned from the pool at approximately 11:30 a.m. I then proceeded to bring our belongings to our vehicle and completely vacated our room at approximately some time before noon - 30 minutes past the checkout time as repeatedly scolded by Ms. L. and Ms. K. However, the harassment unfortunately did not cease upon our leaving the hotel. Ms. L. violated her fiduciary duty to

We arrived very late in the evening with 6 tired adults and 6 exhausted children. The evening front desk employee “S” (I don’t want to put her full name) was an absolute angel. She was so incredibly friendly, gave us all the information we needed and loaded us up with some goodies. After an awful experience at another hotel the night before we were so grateful to be welcomed into the hotel by such a friendly person. Our rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. We appreciated all of the surface areas in the room so our stuff wasn’t sitting on the floor. There were a ton of accessible outlets in the room so we could easily charge all of our electronics. And there were no nasty carpets in the rooms . Breakfast was good, no complaints. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel especially for the price!

Che scarico di merda. Non sono mai entrato in un hotel e ho avuto l'odore di bagagli che mi ha colpito proprio in faccia. Il bagno era assolutamente fritto e aveva carichi di molle intorno al bagno. Le foglie profumavano come culo e sigarette. Non potevo lasciare la mia famiglia lì. Abbiamo caduto al divano e siamo stati salutati dal manager, che ha un atteggiamento assolutamente orribile. Avrebbe dovuto essere stata licenziata anni fa e andato nel zoo.

In all my travels and hotel accommodations this is the first time I have to write a 'bad review'. The room smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered. Front desk staff was notified and seemed surprised, offered us another room but without refrigerator and microwave which we needed. The bathtub was grimy (pics) and there was a moss-covered plug over the drainage area...yukkk!! The bathroom sink did not drain and front desk was immediately notified, we were assured someone would check it out. The next morning, after brushing our teeth in the tub, we again informed the front desk of the sink problem, letting them know we were leaving for an event until late that evening and could the sink be fixed before we returned. We returned late that evening and guess what??..THE SINK WAS NEVER FIXED AND THE GRIME IN IT WAS STUCK! I had to use tissue paper and wipe it in order to even go into the bathroom. THE FIRE ALARM went off on both days we were there and was left blaring for long periods causing ear pain. Also..yes more..the phone was nasty looking and archaic/broken and the toilet tissue holder was so rested it was unstuck a bit from the wall. We were happy to check out of that place and head back to NYC.

To me, a 5-star rating is highly unusual and means in all aspects, this business was outstanding. An exceptional value, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations. Clean room with everything working as it should. The blackout shade was close to the window meaning no light came in from the sides. The room and bathroom were spacious and well lit. The HVAC had a fan ON setting which I like for ”white noise” to sleep. The bathroom sink is raised so washing anything in it doesn't hurt my back by requiring me to bend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Every staff member I encountered was gracious and/or helpful. I cannot wait to go back!

Le camere erano pulite e il mio letto non aveva bug, che mi porta 5 stelle. Le pareti sono un po' sottili, che è più di un problema con altri patroni che con il sistema stesso. Non sono sicuro di cosa le persone si siano spostate a 4AM che non è in coma. Non ha usato la piscina, ma sembrava carino. Era sul lato più piccolo, ma alla fine del giorno non vado alla piscina, quindi solo avere è un plus. Il colazione era di prima vista. E'stato diffuso, e ogni posto con un produttore belga di waffle è grande. Questo posto aveva due, grandi e mini waffle. Inoltre un produttore automatico di pancake. Pancake erano mancanti, ma la macchina era cool da guardare. La donna dietro il contatore che ci ha controllati ha letteralmente un neonato con lei e se non è il servizio al cliente, non so davvero cosa sia.
