Overall, as a diamond member in the Hilton, I felt pretty good to stay in this hotel for 12 nights. The location of this hotel is good with quiet room, the standard Home 2 breakfast were good too. Most of the front staffs are friendly. For first couple of days, I had really bothered by some issues especially room services in the hotel. I talked to the front desk worker, but it’s seemed go nowhere as their manager was on the vacation by that time-frame. Things changed until their general manager—Ivin Tella showed up in the hotel. We had a conversion related to my concerns. Very amazing, he acted very quickly and effectively to solve those issues right after our discussion. I were glad to see the differences and everything were good after talking. Another manager---Nita Gibson that I met in the lobby few times is great and helpful too. She volunteered to offer printing my urgent document when the printer was done in the lobby. Very appreciated her enthusiastic supports. Combining with Ivin and Nita, I considered that high level management in this property were responsive. Also, the front desk worker, Sam, is a very helpful and friendly.

I come to this area every year for a classic car cruise and visit family. This is the closest hotel to my family. I have stayed here in years past and its been average. Nothing special but I don't spend a lot of time there to begin with. This visit the room was overcome with a musty odor. The only way to combat it was to run the A/C very high and keep the bathroom fanning running. After a day in the sun we would come back to this ice box. Without doing that the room smelled and none of the linens would dry. And it was't really that humid out. The Wifi was also very glitchy. These are enough factors that when I return next year I won't be coming back to this Hampton Inn.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Holiday Inn Express & Suites Farmington Hills - Detroit. Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno. L'hotel era pulito e confortevole, e il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì.

Quando siamo entrati in questo hotel, ci piaceva quello che abbiamo visto. La zona di lobby era bella e invitante.La stanza era bella e pulita. Amiamo avere un frigo e una microonde. Le strutture erano bellissime. Il letto era molto comodo. Non abbiamo usato la piscina o l'area di esercizio. Arrivammo più tardi la sera e ci siamo verificati prima che il colazione cominciasse. Posso solo dire ......AMBER! Era assolutamente sorprendente. Ci ha salutati con un sorriso e un'ottima atteggiamento che avevamo bisogno dopo quello che avevamo passato al nostro precedente hotel. Che respiro d’aria fresca. Ci siamo chiacchierati e chiacchierati mentre ci siamo iscritti. Non posso dire abbastanza di quanto fosse meravigliosa. Quando siamo giunti al lobby poco dopo aver controllato, lei stava mocciosando il pavimento e devo dire che era felice. Ha sempre sorriso sul viso.Gli hotel hanno bisogno di più GSA come lei. Hai una vera gioiello sulle mani. La amo appena.

酒店乾淨衞生，前台那裡居然還有熱水，這是我萬萬沒想到的。酒店還有游泳池和健身房。不過我們趕時間到的時候都很晚了，第二天又要早點退房，所以沒去體驗。

Continua a prenotare qui per la posizione, ma potrebbe dover cambiare. Il personale non è amichevole e i funzionari che si sono comportati come se li avesse disturbati. Questo imposta il tono del soggiorno. Doveva navigare intorno al carrello di consegna inaspettato per arrivare alla stanza 125. Camera pulita e tranquilla. Ice machine sul primo piano rotto. Grande area di colazione. waffle standard, yogurt, buon frutto, uova fritte (non appetite) e salsa. Belle aree comuni.

Il personale è piacevole, ma l'hotel è assolutamente disgustoso. Soprattutto la piscina. Il personale era buono in generale, ma la pulizia dell'hotel deve essere affrontata. Questioni: 1) Hair in tutto il locale. Doccia = capelli, pavimento = capelli, letto = capelli, ricco = capelli. Solo grosso! 2) La zona della piscina è disgustosa. La superficie della piscina è appropriata e troppo slippery. Hair e spazzatura ovunque. Spazzatura in piscina. Spogliatoio rotto. Moldo crescita sul pavimento vicino alle pareti. Grosso! L'acqua della piscina era oscura e i tubi caldi avevano pezzi di mucche fluttuanti in loro. Non capisco come il contea non abbia chiuso questa piscina. Era orribile! Il giorno dopo era lo stesso; nessuna pulizia della piscina di notte. 3) Protezione del suono. Non c'è nessuno. 4) Il ristorante è chiuso. Non sarò mai tornato. Per favore pulisci questo posto o almeno chiudere la piscina. Potrebbe guardare fuori come un Holiday Inn, ma sono rimasto a migliori Econo Lodges.
