Ci ha fornito anche informazioni sulle attività che potevamo fare in zona mentre siamo stati in visita, che è stato molto utile. Il bagno è ben curato e mantenuto. La posizione era perfetta per le nostre esigenze.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto qui nel giugno 2021 e di nuovo nel giugno 2022. L'hotel era grande di nuovo. Ho avuto una grande stanza con un buon letto (e coperte). Il frigo, il wifi e l'A/C funzionavano tutti. Il bagno era grande con acqua calda a buona pressione e buoni asciugamani. L'hotel dispone di bagagli e di ascensore. È vicino a ristoranti e negozi (Target, Tops). Per il colazione, hanno le uova, salsa, mini pancake, yogurt, mini cioccolatini, tostapane, bagagli, cereali, succo, caffè, banane e latte. Sono rimasto solo una notte quest'anno perché i prezzi sono aumentati così tanto!

Poi siamo andati a piedi verso le Falls, che è un cammino di 10 minuti. Check-in era veloce. Le camere sono un po' più vecchie, ma spaziose e pulite. La colazione era di base, ma ok per i 80 dollari che abbiamo pagato per la notte. Ci era anche una piscina interna, ma non l'abbiamo usata. Il personale/proprietari erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto. Certamente da raccomandare.

This hotel, despite my criticism is still likely the best hotel in the vicinity of the Niagara Fall Intl Airport. So let's get to the nitty gritty. I'm an average Joe, that has stayed a a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. I love the brand and I love the concept. This hotel is not up to the standard I've come to expect for this brand. Call it petty, call it whay you will but these are my observations. 1. Hotel is an 8 minute walk from the airport, 7 minutes if you cut through parking lots and play frogger on the highway 62. There is no shuttle service. 2. Upon arrival there was a man with a sight impaired stick with tattoos all o er his face and body that seemed to be very annoyed with the reception clerk until she gave him a debit card and told him the numbers to use it. 3. The room itself was very nice. Very clean, everything worked well. No plumbing issues like low water pressure, or slow drains, etc. No issues at all. Very nice clean, quiet room. 4. Woke up in the AM and went downstairs to the entrance area to have some coffee. The entrance area was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts, various forms of trash, part of the awning has stucco missing and exposed wood, a d huge wasp nests. This hotel has fallen a long way since my last visit. It needs some serious asthetic overhaul like a pressure wash, cleaning up trash, and repair of the awning. 5. Breakfast was good, as expected of this brand. Only criticism was while I was outside there were three staff members sitting on the curb, directly next to the front door (which didn't close all the way / broken) smoking cigarettes whilst surrounded by a sea of discarded cigarette butts. Just not a good look, especially because one of the staff was the breakfast attendant. 6. Aside from all that, my flip flops actually stuck to the elevator floor due to some form of sticky mess thay had not been cleaned. I know I sound like I'm sharp shooting but this Holiday Inn Express did not feel like a safe, clean environment I've come to expect from this brand, however, I will say, it is still a lot nicer than any other hotels I've observed in the area. It is a shady area. If you travel through Niagara Intl Airport, this is the place to stay, but don't set you expectations to what you may have experienced at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Your room will be clean, everything works right, breakfast is good and ready, just a lot rougher on the eyes outside your room.

UUtente ospiteIl sito aveva 10 dollari al giorno per il parcheggio, prima di ricevere una chiave dovevo pagare 19.95 per il parcheggio nel loro lot. La stanza era davvero calda, ma girando il condizionatore era davvero forte, non potevamo dormire. Non menzionare l'allarme antincendio o qualcosa che si è mantenuto in aria come le batterie erano basse.
