I get the point that for this price I shouldn't expect wow, but this can't be called all inclusive stay at 4 star hotel. First of all I have to say that hotel is pretty new, clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, pool is nice and pool slides are great and that's all pros I can say it has. Cons: oh boy. Reception doesn't speak English, only Russian and Turkish (so the website is misleading), I guess the Russian population is the primary target here, but this is 4 star hotel... Only the hotel manager speaks English, others use sign language and Google Translate very well. Bed sheets and towels weren't changed once during our 10 day all-inclusive stay, for toilet paper we had to chase them through hotel or to steal it from lobby toilet. Breakfast is from 8.00 to 10.00, then lunch is 12.30-14.00 and dinner from 19.00 to 21.00, since hotel is 6km from Alanya center, you can't plan your activities if you plan to eat every meal that day. Draft beer, two carbonated drinks (cola and orange), red or white wine, water and coffee are free by the pool and during meals. When we talk about food, it has divers offerings of boiled vegetables with something that resembles meat. Often we could find for breakfast leftovers from lunch/dinner. A few times we had chicken for dinner, and once a handful of gyros because there wasn't enough for everyone to eat normally. There is no free internet (as stated on this site, so misleading), even not free in the hotel lobby, so we needed to pay 20 € for two weeks of internet. The thing which left the most bitter taste is ”private beach”. It includes one half of the beach bar where the ”hotel part” has around 40 sunbeds (while the hotel is built with around 250 rooms), and those 40 sunbeds share only EIGHT sun umbrellas which were occupied 24/7 by people who come at night or early morning and leave their towels there. The other half of beach bar is fine and you need to pay 5 € for two sunbeds and umbrella (sometimes they try to trick you into paying 10 € for it, so watch out). The drinks on beach aren't included in all-inclusive so you have to pay 5 € for bottled beer and 2.5 € for bottle of water. The other sunbed related thing which annoyed us was the pool sunbeds. Again, here, 24/7 towel occupied sunbeds while there are 2-3 people by the pool, and administration did nothing to alter this.

4 stars, not even by chance, maybe two. The hotel was overcrowded in our period. There is no point in expressing disgust about the food, there is little and the same thing over and over. The hotel does not even have bottled water. Fruits only melon, apple and plums, nothing else. There was a lot of salad more but no miracle. Lunch and dinner buffet table but only 6 dishes of food. One rice, pasta, fried balkažan. Or potatoes every 3 days. As for meat, one dish either stewed chicken or pork, still the same stewed. And round and round that's for 9 days. We went out to eat because this was really not possible. This is definitely not all inclusive. What about alcohol. Draft beer. White and red wine. Hard alcohol vodka gin arak. Just nothing. They pour it into plastic glasses. In the evening at dinner by the glass, but one has to go and take one's own drink to the bar. The waiter will not bring anything to anyone. The service is catastrophic. We saw the tablecloths on the table for the first time after about a week. The hotel room is small, as is the bed. The photo in the menu looks much better than realistically. The balcony is nice, we had a view of the sea. A short distance from the hotel in the direction of the sea, 6 stream road very busy in the morning. You can walk through the tunnel under the beach to the beach about 200m from the hotel. The beach is sandy, but at the entrance to the sea there are large pebbles stones. The best beach is in the city, about 20 minutes by bus, Kleopatra beach, we mostly went there. The staff at the hotel are terrible, they don't even know how to say hello. The lady who cleaned us was the only decent one, and we always had a clean room. This hotel is on the level of some inferior hotel in Egypt. Definitely not 4 stars. We wouldn't even stay there for free.

Following reading previous reviews I was a little bit worried for this hotel….. please read on! We arrived at 1:30 am and was greeted by the manager (Hammi ) forgive me if I have spelt this wrong , we were asked if we wanted a drink and we happily said yes following a 2 and half hour transfer. We were taken to our room 401 and Hammi carried both suitcases to our room and made sure we were settled. Food … Now I am a fussy eater and sometimes I did struggle to find something I liked but there was something for everyone on all meals albeit not always to my liking , only thing I would have liked was a toaster. There is a 24 hour supermarket across the road if we needed anything extra. The bar service was very quick and all staff were pleasant they would bend the 2 drinks per person rule , we ended the holiday getting drinks for several people that we had met in the hotel and never was this questioned. The beach 42 is a short walk from the hotel with access via an underground tunnel out the back of the hotel , staff at the beach especiallyMemmet could not do enough for you and 100% felt relaxed , food and drinks were also great on the beach. Rooms were a good size with kettle , fridge , hairdryer, balcony , fresh towels every day and beds changed every 3 days. Pool was always clean and plenty of sun beds available. Entertainment… well Hamed was amazing , day and night he was there to entertain you and boy did we have some fun with him , he was kind , funny , fun and serious when needed..he knew how to entertain the younger ones and had time for the adults , this man needs to be recognised for his work. We met some great people and laughed all the time, a holiday is what you make it. We were here at the start of the EURO’s and a few people we met wanted to go out to watch the football and with there being a 2 hour time difference this made the kick of at 10 pm not 8 - a table was booked at a local bar and transport was provided by the hotel manager to ensure they got there on time now come on guys , how many hotels would do that ? We had a early pick up to come home (4:55 am ) and asked if we would be able to get a drink before leaving, Hammi said he would make sure we had a hot drink before we left and kept his word. All credit to the manager for his hard work and commitment to the staff and hotel , keep this up and we will return in the future.

Beach: Sea was so wavy and rocky. Beach is really close to hotel (with shuttle 3min), we were back from the beach in 5 min by walk. When we visited the beach there was a red warning flag. Swimming was forbidden. We went to the beach for nothing. We came back without swimming. In order to prevent this, there can be communication between the beach attendant and the hotel lobby and guests can check this regularly before going. Food: Breakfasts were okay and it has variety of breakie options. Pastries are mostly Turkish type, do not expect croissants or danishs. Lunch was better than dinner. There was more protein options and side dishes. Snacks in pool: Relax pool doesn't have any food, even they don't have ice. Only beer and soft drinks. These are not enough under the sun. There could have at least some snacks. Other pool has snack bar and ice cream. Snacks are delicious and well made. However, you cannot bring the snacks with you to relax pool. Lobby bar: It's the best bar in the hotel. Alcohol rate in the cocktails are acceptable in only lobby bar. All free alcohol options in the hotel are local, not import. Lobby bar has also snacks for tea time. All the time, they have same options. They don't have variety in cookies or cakes. Dinner: In the first dinner we had a hair inside the beef stew. We warned them and they changed it in seconds. Meals and snacks are always same. Only few of them changed. They make bbq and pide outside of the restaurant. You need to check where you have snack time. Grill chickens and fish are best options in dinner. Desserts were disappointment. We expected to have Turkish baklava or popular desserts like profiteroles. They have the same desserts everyday. We haven't faced with spot issue. Always we found a place. Only one rainy evening, everyone needed to share their table with strangers. Room: Rooms have a lot of storage place. If you're settling in the hotel room for a week, you will have a space for all clothes. Beds are comfy. There are a lots of plugs in room. That's so good for charging all stuff. They have mini bar with 1.5 liter water, 2 mini juice and mineral water. Cleaning: They are changing towels every two day and they clean the room everyday. Bathroom walls was covered hair, even in the first day. But toilet was clean and no issues. Sunbeds are not clean. They have dirts and spots all over the place. They have pillow in sunbeds, they're also not that hygenic. Pool: Main pool is always over-crowded and people always saving spots with towels in early morning. Relax pool always has a place. It's chill. Only disadvantage is bar doesn't have options. Entertainment: Entertainment was not made for adults and they have limited place for entertainment. It's always same place with main pool. They had one party in a week and it was only till 11 pm. People were so bored during the day due to lack of entertainment. Because of that, they watched the our tennis play for chilling. Ignore the negative reviews. This hotel is clean, the staff are lovely (especially the 2 girls in the pool bar) . I walked in and my first thought was the hotel was dated but once I looked around, I realised that was the theme the hotel is going for. It had antiques and a museum, it was lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily, a free mini bar is stocked daily. The food is lovely. Fresh fish and salads, meats cheese, breads.. the list goes on. Alcohol was strong and they are happy to pour more if you ask. They have a large pool for people who just want to lounge in the sun and another pool for all the big and little kids :) I would 100% recommend this hotel..

Mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno, la posizione era molto buona.Le camere erano molto pulite.Il personale era professionale e amichevole, specialmente la signora Yeliz alla ricezione molto utile e carina.Il cibo, le bevande e il dolce era grande. Raccomando molto questo hotel per gli adulti . L'unica cosa cattiva che potrò confermare - solo per me - è stata che usavano un liquido di detergente che ha un forte odore e ho sofferto di questo come ho asma ma i custodi personali e i custodi ( Hadija e Gulaaiy ) hanno curato la mia stanza e attentamente... grazie a tutti.
