I had a holiday for about 1 week. The food is very delicious. Cakes are my favourite. The rooms were nice and very close to the sea. The shows and other shows organized by the animation team were very entertaining. We spent quality time with my friends. I'm thinking of coming again next year. Thank you for everything

Tavsiye üzerine gittiğimiz club wasa hotel de çok memnun kaldık. Temizliğe çok önem verilişi çok hoşumuza gitti tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Club wasa hotel yönetimine teşekkür ederiz . We love club wasa holiday village hotel

This hotel is not for the English. Food was poor no variety and same stuff every day and same for dinner an tea snack bar ok but same every day burgers fries spaghetti an salad. Was here for 10 days and had 2 eat out 4 days. The food was cold everyday as lids were left open. The only thing that was warm was the soup. staff nice an friendly an a plus as its on the beach. Evening entertainment was poor silly games most nights a karaoke 2 nights an just 2 evenings of ok entertainment. Limited drinks raki vodka gin and beer an wine. We ad a down stairs room an the balcony looked out on garden full of rubbish found ourselves going 2 bed at 11 as just Russian music at disco lfrom 10.30 till 12.

The dirtiest hotel ee've ever seen. We were settle in a dirty, not cleaned after the previous guests room. The toilet, the shower and the washbasin weren't cleaned even after our third complaint at the reception. 1-dollar tips to the cleaner didn't help. The reception staff are unhelpful. Entertainment are poor, only darts, beach volleybalk and mini lub for kids. The food is OK, we didn't stay hungry. The hamam and spa are great. The beach is good.

After reading the mixed reviews I thought we'd give it a try but honestly wish we hadn't. The hotel looked lovely on arriving early hours of the morning, we were directed to our room by ourselves with our suitcases. When we woke in the morning the room was dirty, marks all over the bed sheets and the door didn't shut properly, so any1 could enter. We were there 3days and no one attempted to clean our room, so we asked at reception if our room could be cleaned and 2days later she came to clean it, didn't change the beds, we were told they only get changed when u leave. The door was fixed eventually and the air conditioning didn't work, it was hotter in the room than outside. The food was OK on some days. The entertainment was focused on the German guests. The bar staff were lovely and very friendly. I honestly wouldn't give this hotel a 4* it's more like a 1*, I would avoid this hotel completely.

Honestly the only nice thing was the lady on the beach who makes bread the shop owner and maybe 2 of the bar staff the rest are so vile! don’t think it caters for English at all! Lifeguard is very touchy feely with kids telling them he loves them etc! Reception staff are disgusting speak to you like stupid ******! One of the security guards actually squared up to my brother who is autistic all because he was speaking in Turkish and my brother asked what? as we clearly do not understand Turkish! I’d give minus stars thank god we had each other to get through the week because I would have hated it to be just the two of us here!! Should just cater for other expect English! Never ever again would I stay here!!!

My room was so small that I even can't go to the balcony becouse of the bed in fron off the door . The room was never cleaned.. 😒 cleamers didn't make the bed. Did not change the bed linenI. Got 1 bottle of water at first day.. and never again.🫣 The room cleaners never change the towels and never clean the floor. Everywhere on the night table a lot of dusts.. The coridor was so dirty, everywhere on the coridor floor was dirty dishes and rubbish.. food in the retourant everyday the same and not tasty. There was no food what to chose to eat.😔 I will never come back. 🙄

This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in I have nothing positive to say about it we stayed for 1 week room wasn’t cleaned the whole week ,we had no clean towels all week everytime we came out the room the cleaner was asleep under the stairs we complained to reception but they weren’t that interested and nothing was done in the end I had to just use the clean towels we found in a bag at the door ,food was awful absolutely no choice same thing every day and was never warm as was the shower water cold everyday and shower leaked all over bathroom floor the place is a total disgrace definitely would not recommend it to anyone the staff are not at all pleasant either .
