We visited as a family of five in Aug 2023 for a week. Initial impressions were great, a bag meal on arrival having missed dinner due to our flight. Day one, woke up early, lovely view from our apartment and great weather, food was ok and lots of choices for breakfast. We ate at the pool bar first day which was nice to snack on. The hotel also provides Pizza at 5pm. The three teenagers enjoyed the water sports provided, however I was a little concerned not life jackets were provided. A duo played a nice set in the evening for entertainment. The next three days we had terrible weather, this made us start to look us look at the facilities in the hotel. Although refurbished, the rooms are small, three persons in deluxe room consists of a small camp bed was not ideal. Rooms were cleaned daily, however we were left without loo roll on two days. The lighting in the corridor is not safe, having activated after you walked down the stairs from the second floor. The most shocking thing is the smell from the communal toilets, which clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks, also walking passed the gents my wife could see men doing a number one which was unpleasant. Massive lack of evening entertainment during the rest of the week, mediocre food, lack of atmosphere and a struggle to find anything to do. The pool table is awful and needs replacing, did not work. Mini club staff were sat on their phones paying no intention to anything. The all inclusive beer an d wine is poor quality and only local top shelf is served after 9pm. The lack of being able to pay for premium drinks on card was also disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Croatia unless you want to go to bed at 9pm

Abbiamo trascorso il week end del primo maggio in questo hotel assieme ad una coppia di nostri amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Albergo pulito buon servizio abbiamo preso 2 camere superior vista mare; nonostante il periodo sia di bassa stagione tutti i servizi erano attivi. Il nostro trattamento prevedeva la mezza pensione ed ristorante è di buona qualità e vario sia a colazione che a cena, e piacevole sorpresa è comprensivo di bevande ai pasti senza limiti: vino locale, birra, acqua e soft drink da despenser, penso ci torneremo.

Siamo stati benissimo, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Da italiani, sul mangiare a buffet onestamente bisogna cercare un po’ ogni giorno qualcosa di diverso ma devo dire che non cambierei nulla perché in effetti c’era tutto. Complimenti allo staff di animazione che sono stati di una dolcezza incredibile con la nostra bimba! Torneremo sicuramente!
