Arrived here a few days ago. A fairly simple 40-45 drive from Pula Airport (toll roads). Check in was fast & efficient. We were upgraded which was a surprise & a very welcome one! The room is fantastic. It’s more of an apartment than a hotel room with spacious rooms, amazing views & well equipped. The first thing that struck me was how modern the apartment is but also how clean it was. Absolutely spotless. The room has a free safe, a TV with a few English/American channels. Fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine & an abundance of storage! Everything you need for a weeks holiday is provided & we’ve not had to ask for anything since our arrival. If you hire a car there is parking outside every room so no need to worry about leaving your car anywhere. The pool area is large, clean & plenty of Sun loungers (no need for getting up early & reserving beds). The grounds are immaculate. With sea & harbour views almost everywhere. A small pebble beach is available for guests with calm, safe waters. We are half board & the food is really very good. So much choice, cooked fresh at the time of service & tasty. I will say if you’re looking for nuggets & chips etc you’ll be disappointed. Not a chip in sight. But plenty of alternatives & there is fresh pizza every night! The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk into the small harbour town centre of Vrsar which has a small but good selection of restaurants, bars & shops inc. a small supermarket. I desperately want to give this hotel a top score but unfortunately just a couple of very minor criticisms stop me from doing so. Firstly, the beds are a tad uncomfortable for me. I’m sure most people will be fine with them though. Secondly the hotel is very large spread out over a big area. There are quite a few steps & slopes to navigate which might be an issue for some people. There are actually outside escalators which are really welcome at times so don’t think it’s all leg tiring, it isn’t. Lastly I’d have personally liked a small gym. There is one available to guests at a charge in a neighbouring hotel but this isn’t convenient to me personally. Other than those few minor points this hotel is faultless and I will be coming back. One thing we have noticed which isn’t an issue for us, but Brits are very few & far between. If you’re looking to meet new people you may struggle a bit but that could be because it’s out of high season. This hotel is sold through TUI so height of summer might be different.

We visited as a family of five in Aug 2023 for a week. Initial impressions were great, a bag meal on arrival having missed dinner due to our flight. Day one, woke up early, lovely view from our apartment and great weather, food was ok and lots of choices for breakfast. We ate at the pool bar first day which was nice to snack on. The hotel also provides Pizza at 5pm. The three teenagers enjoyed the water sports provided, however I was a little concerned not life jackets were provided. A duo played a nice set in the evening for entertainment. The next three days we had terrible weather, this made us start to look us look at the facilities in the hotel. Although refurbished, the rooms are small, three persons in deluxe room consists of a small camp bed was not ideal. Rooms were cleaned daily, however we were left without loo roll on two days. The lighting in the corridor is not safe, having activated after you walked down the stairs from the second floor. The most shocking thing is the smell from the communal toilets, which clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks, also walking passed the gents my wife could see men doing a number one which was unpleasant. Massive lack of evening entertainment during the rest of the week, mediocre food, lack of atmosphere and a struggle to find anything to do. The pool table is awful and needs replacing, did not work. Mini club staff were sat on their phones paying no intention to anything. The all inclusive beer an d wine is poor quality and only local top shelf is served after 9pm. The lack of being able to pay for premium drinks on card was also disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Croatia unless you want to go to bed at 9pm

Pensavo peggio ma anche meglio!!! punti a favore: Mare in struttura, piscina con acqua di mare, lettini ombrelloni tutto incluso Pasti: colazione buona Cena si sono dimenticati che gli italiani cenano x cenare insomma nulla di che. Cosa buona acqua alle portate compresa Punti a sfavore: La porta di ingresso si apre con altre tessere di altre porte quindi occhio a quello che lasciate in camera...gli appartamenti sono un pochino datati puliti in una settimana 1 volta cambio degli asciugamani spesso. Qui è un discorso di fortuna ci sono vari appartamenti se prendete quelli in mattonato rosa se vi assiste la fortuna state circa 900 metri dal mare in salita.. se vi dice male ...non ho indagato ma è peggio. Ora qui polemica da parte della reception, che c'è tutta allora, non mi date la mappa del campeggio, non mi fate cercare l'appartamento sotto il solo con le valigie in una strada tutta in salita, nemmeno le donne delle pulizie ti sanno dire l'esatta ubicazione dell'appartamento..... perché il parcheggio alle ore 15 del pomeriggio non lo trovi vicino assolutamente. Appena arrivata c'era un ragazzo che porta le macchine quelle del golf mettetele a disposizione almeno all'arrivo....fate vedere l'appartamento e soprattutto fate scaricare le valigie perché come primo approccio vi ho dato un 2 per questa cosa....poi ci sono tanti anziani che faticano x salire fate una navetta che ho visto persone quasi infartare....x non parlare di genitori che si portano in braccio giochi bambini e borse mare. Insomma questa cosa a mio avviso vi penalizza molto il campeggio in salita c'è tutto ma migliorare il soggiorno dei campeggiatori anche.

Finalmente un vero bellissimo hotel a misura da bambino. La Struttura dell’ hotel e’ piacevolmente moderna, e fin dall’ ingresso si ha la percezione dell’ impostazione gradevole, non formale, garbata e aperta All’ allegria dei bambini: nella hall oltre al personale gentilissimo e professionale, spicca una ‘ grotta’ morbida dov’è i piccoli si divertono a rotolare ed arrampicarsi, oltre a cavallini a dondolo dal design moderno.Bellissimo! Le scale per la comodità di piccoli e genitori ( con passeggini) sono sostituite da rampe che si intrecciano a tutta altezza Fino al quarto piano, rivestite in materiale morbido. Le camere sono bellissime, spaziose, pulite, con una parete gioco per i piccoli e finalmente caramelline di benvenuto, accappatoio, set di cortesia per i bambini! SPA dedicata ai bimbi eccezionale, sale gioco e attività per tutte le età’, piscine interne ed esterne, cascate, giochi galleggianti, idromassaggi dove si può giocare e divertirsi senza restrizioni eccessive, per non parlare della game room…da vedere!!!Sala ristorante spaziosa e perfettamente ordinata e organizzata, un buffet con cibo ottimo, di qualità’ davvero vario e ampio mantenuto in condizioni perfette dal personale sempre presente e attento, con un’ attenzione particolare anche ai gusti dei piccoli, e una dolcissima cascata di cioccolato, oltre a dolci squisiti e sempre ben presentati. Il tutto immerso in un parco enorme con ulivi secolari e macchia mediterranea mantenuta in ordine perfetto ed impeccabile, costellato da una miriade di giochi perfettamente integrati nell’ ambiente. La spiaggia di sassi e’ bellissima e attrezzata perfettamente, davvero graziosa! Una meravigliosa scoperta!!! Grazie e complimenti a tutti! Come hanno detto i nostri bambini e’ stata una ‘mini vacanza fantastica’ stiamo pensando a quando poter tornare!
