Nel corso del nostro viaggio in Extremadura, abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in questo hotel, che si trova in una posizione strategica, in pieno centro. Essendo un 3 stelle, non è lussuoso, le camere sono piccoline e la colazione è di livello medio ma, se sei fortunato (e ben preciso all'atto della prenotazione) puoi godere di un panorama spettacolare e di grande atmosfera sul ”casco historico” di Càceres, che è stato annoverato fra i beni patrimonio Unesco. Se sei fortunato ... Ci tengo a precisare questo aspetto con chi mi legge perchè deve sapere che, in questo hotel, la sua esperienza risulterà completamente diversa a seconda della stanza che gli capiterà. Ci sono infatti camere con piccolo terrazzino che affacciano meravigliosamente sulla piazza con sguardo aperto da cartolina, che ti resteranno negli occhi e nel cuore, e altreal piano rialzato che sbucano su una via laterale con ... vista diretta sui bidoni dell'immondizia. Noi lo sappiamo bene perchè la prima che ci è stata assegnata era del secondo tipo, per cui nessuna magia, nessuna atmosfera, specialmente nessuna vista; chiaramente abbiamo protestato e ce la siamo fatta cambiare. A fronte di una spesa di poco superiore, siamo letteralmente saliti in paradiso. Il mio voto di questo hotel è pertanto ”molto buono”, perchè i prezzi sono assolutamente accessibili e, in caso di bella sistemazione, ti regala davvero un'esperienza mozzafiato. In caso contrario ... non ve lo consiglio ...

L'hotel è stato usato come punto di fermata per arrivare all'Algarve, idealmente situato vicino alla strada principale. I letti gemelli sono grandi e buona altezza per un trasferimento di sedia a rotelle, c’è anche spazio sotto il letto per un cacciatore. Noi abbiamo spostato il letto contro il muro per aiutarlo con il trasferimento, abbondante spazio per manovrare la sedia. È anche un ottimo bagno per le sue esigenze. Il personale è molto gentile e utile, abbiamo goduto un ottimo pasto nel ristorante e abbiamo guardato bene durante la sera. Molto parcheggio e facile da trovare. Veramente soddisfatto di questo hotel e abbiamo prenotato per restare di nuovo dopo questo mese.

Had a delightful three days stay here. Were on route from Bilbao to Lisbon via a few places and stopped here as we had heard about the unique history of the towns nearby. Hotel is a short distance outside Caceres but very quiet and serene. The hotel itself is really lovely and the large pools area with bar is a joy. We really relaxed here and enjoyed our time. Food was very good both for breakfast and for dinner. Staff very nice and helpful. We visited Trujillo, Guadalupe, Cacares and then went on to Merida. Would highly recommend

Really basic hotel, nothing fancy. It could be a good option if you want something inexpensive. We paid 70€/night for 2 people with breakfast included. It has a free car park which is good and you could walk to the center if you're used to walking. It takes about 15 minutes. If you're looking for nice and comfortable accommodation, keep on looking.

I went to Exe Agora CACERES with my 85 year old parents. We booked in advance thinking that like any other hotel they would be offering all the basic services for a 4 star Hotel. When we arrived there we learned that the hotel does not offer any restaurant/bar facilities not any room service. So after a long day out you could not have a simple sandwich not a salad without having had to step out meanwhile was raining cats and dogs outside. In their website is very clear the fantastic culinary options at the hotel but there was none. All the restaurants and hotels around the area were offering all services but not them. When I complained they refer to the Covid situation even though is now almost normal at most hospitality venues. We were charged over €400/night for a doble room with an extra bed. I wrote a letter to the manager and his answer was very nice eventhough he admitted that it could have been confusing when looking at the services the hotel was offering on the website but of course no discount or refund was offered. My view is not that is confusing it is just misleading people. My advice is do not stay at this hotel as there are many other hotels in the city that are cheaper with much better services.

Bellissimo palazzo storico a due passi dalla città vecchia, curato ed arredato con gusto. Ci hanno fatto upgrade della camera, con letto queen size molto comodo e bagno moderno con doccia di design. Colazione buona e varia, anche con prodotti extremeni. Staff gentilissimo e professionale. Un grazie, in particolare, ad Alessandro in reception pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità e a Maria, event manager, per l'ottima organizzazione del cenone di capodanno. Tutto perfetto, grazie a tutti.
