Con nostra grande delusione, si è verificato un errore di comunicazione tra la nostra prenotazione e le informazioni in possesso dell'hotel. Dopo più di un'ora di discussione, finalmente ci è stato permesso di entrare nella spa. L'hotel era altrimenti ok.

Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

MUY MAL TRATO! Una camarera que responde al nombre de “Toñi” nos ha tratado sin ningún tipo de respeto, y infravalora a los menores cuando pagan igual que el resto de personas del establecimiento. La comida la tardan en sacar más de la cuenta, pero el tema del trato en el servicio supera todo lo relacionado a la alimentación. Si vais no pidáis pizzas a medias porque os van a hacer un chanchullo para tardar en sacarla. La bebida ni mencionarla, agua del grifo cobrada como que fuera embotellada. Y que decir de la cuenta, pagando un número de tres cifras y no son capaz de buen trato, a parte de que añaden elementos a la cuenta que ni han aparecido. Se nos complicó el servicio, y nos vimos en la obligación de solicitar una hoja de reclamaciones, y la camarera ya mencionada (Toñi) montó un show debido a que no quería que se viera la verdad. Una vergüenza de servicio y de todo. No merece la pena. Bastante la estrella que les regala tripadvisor, porque no se merecen nada.

Nice hotel in a great location for our journey.. On the edge of a small village with a reasonable selection of bars and restaurants nearby.
Overall the hotel was very good, it could do with a lick of paint here and there but the reception and bar areas were very good.
Overall we would recommend.

Well, I really cannot believe that the previous reviewer "TJ_AndFam" stayed in the same hotel as us!! We have stayed here twice before and wouldn't return if it was as bad as that! Ours was a mountain view room with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Since staying last year, they now save a buffet breakfast in a room opposite reception. It was excellent - well worth the 6Euros charged. There was everything you could have wanted, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit, homemade biscuits and cakes and freshly baked bread and croissants and endless coffee. A couple of points, which weren't as good was that we felt that the staff weren't particularly friendyl - this really needs attention The other thing which wasn't good for us is that the restaurant doesn't open until 9 pm, which is not good for us. Although, ordered at 9pm, we didn't receive our meal until 9.45! So, although we would stay at the hotel again, we probably wouldn't eat there.

Terrible overall experience!! The 'supreme' room was a joke! Our view of air conditioning pipes was ridiculous. We did not sleep a wink as the spring beds were literally the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on! There is NO privacy glass/frosted pane windows in the bathroom!!! Im sure that's illegal and an utter disgrace. We booked the hotel for an indoor pool. We asked the reception how we use it, she said it was off limits, full. i think we saw two people in the whole hotel!! To top it off, the shower was an absolute shocker, you have to run the water FOR 20 MINUTES, before it gets scalding hot, followed by freezing within 30 seconds.....and then hot again! 20 minutes of water wasted each use. Terrible. Who has 20mins to pre-plan a shower! Our 'breakfast' was a stale roll with slices of kiwi and a miniscule pot of margarine. Their only saving grace is the lovely lady who served us this abomination. For covid times, you'd think hotels would go the extra mile. This was quite the opposite

The hotel room was clean but the "terrace" right outside the room looked out onto a rooftop that was dirty and had industrial detritus on it. The light in the bathroom would not turn off: it acted like a strobe all night long so we had to close the door to the bathroom to get some sleep. Reception staff had a hard time finding our reservation in their system.
