Hotel con parcheggio a Cinangka

Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli e utili, specialmente la signorina Nissa che si occupa della nostra prenotazione. La stanza è pulita, la vista è straordinaria .. si può avere una vista sulla montagna e sulla spiaggia.. tutte le attrazioni sono fornite. La piscina è bella, più hanno una spiaggia privata con bamboo unico in fronte. Ci piace davvero il nostro soggiorno con Novus Jiva Villa Resort e Spa Anyer, mantenendo il buon lavoro 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Questo hotel ha un edificio relativamente nuovo. E 'stato mantenuto e pulito. E 'stato collegato alla spiaggia. Bella posizione. We chose this hotel because I watched a youtube channel that said this was a good, very spacious hotel. Checked in & out was smooth, the room however was quite limited, not very spacious as the youtube channel reviewed. They provide toiletries, cooking tools (gas stove, pans, pots, plates, spoon, forks and even knives) things that you need if you want to cook. THere was no mineral water in bottles, but they provide you a water dispenser, fridge was available too. no electric kettle, we tried to boiled some water using the gas stove and it took almost an hour. the room floor felt dirty eventhough after I asked the housekeeping to cleaned it up. THe bathroom, was small, you should be extra carefully when you walked in because the floor were the kind that get very slippery when wet. after a shower, the water would get puddled in the door area. and it got leaked out to the room. Breakfast, was okay, they provide bread and jams, egg station, cereals, fruits, Indonesian food. You will have your breakfast with a view. The resto is facing the beach. that actually the extra credit for this hotel. they are so close to the beach, they even have private beach. They also have some big pools, kids will love it here. If you drive here, the parking were separated from the hotel area, it was located accross the hotel, no worries the hotel will help you to park or take your car from the parking area. However, if you want to park in front of the hotel you have to pay Rp.100.000,- but free of charge if you park accross the street.

Penso che la villa sia stata una bella, ma ora è 20 anni, poca gestione e manutenzione. Ho prenotato attraverso Agoda e hanno messo le recensioni negative al fondo, quindi i clienti prospettivi non li leggeno. 1.They erano inflexibili con check-in e check-out, anche se sono quasi vuoti nei giorni di settimana. Non c'era nessun bagno esterno, tranne un bagno asiatico sporco. Il personale non poteva aspettare fino a che non mi sono verificato, anche se era 11.30 e avevo un mal di testa seccante. 2.The Villa era 20 anni e mantenuta in poca salute. L'acqua nel bagno non funzionava e le luci non funzionavano tutti. La cassetta di sicurezza non funzionava, non avevano chiave di riserva e le camere non erano pulite quando l'ospite non c'era. Comunicato in poca maniera. 3.The Il personale era poco professionale e inamichevole. Li ho chiamati perché il frigo era odore. Il proprietario ha ordinato di spostare il frigo nella stanza nei giorni di settimana senza aprire la porta. Di conseguenza, è stato infestato da mold. Il personale di Tge ha anche ordinato di spostare l'aria condizionata nella sala da pranzo con un tessuto 4.The.
