This is really an awesome hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately the pool was already closed for swimming. The sunset 🌅 this days was stunning. Breakfast buffet is great. A clear recommendation 👍🏻

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet. But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing: 1. the gym was temporarily closed. 2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels. 3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.

The resort is very relaxing as it faces the lake, and one can see sunset here. In particular, there’s tasteful music at various (outdoor) locations within the hotel premises. It makes for a great staycation, and it’s not too far from attractions such as Tian Yu Mountain. Service is great, and the breakfast selection caters to all diet, including vegan. We could feel the sincerity of service staff but my only gripe would probably be the shower temperature that sometimes run cold after awhile.

I liked the hotel, it was clean and service was good. Alos nice location. My wife is very picky and she was ok with thsi hotel, that is saying something about the cleaniess and overall setup.

Extremely friendly hotel staff, from the entrance to the room service, really lovely people. Perfect atmosphere and location, breakfast is great, lots of different food area at the buffet. We enjoyed the staying very much

Amazing location

Amazing hotel which is spotlessly clean and in a great location. Lovely large room with comfy bed. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. 10/10 for customer service.

Recently was my second stay at this hotel and I loved it again. Convenient location, wide and comfortable lobby, lovely terrace. Music which is playing outside is also quite a good choice. It helped me to relax and not to notice noisy visitors. My special “thanks” goes to the manager Bill Cao who helped to find a room with a great bathtub for me. Appreciate this kind of attitude.

The hotel location is suitable. Its good for families. The breakfast has various delicious foods. Also you can enjoy different experiences with your kids . The hotel is close to many attractive activities.

Voco hotel have very impressive view. Front desk on duty “ jessie “ very nice. She helped us a lot and recommend voco “ fish soup “, very delicious. Close to downtown, facilities are good. Especially the pools. Is outdoor and fabulous. You can swim and watch sunset.

Thanks Leon and the management team for making my stay a memorable one. I took an anniversary stay with my family including two little ones. My room was upgraded to family suite with a lake view that you would die for, and the little ones absolutely loved the Dino room decor. We tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was good. Overall I would give a 10/10 for taking care of us during the long weekend stay.

Voco in 100 island lake is surrounded by impressive scenery. The rooms are very modern and cosy. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a corner room which had a huge bathtub in a fairly large bathroom overlooking the lake.I enjoyed it. And,most importantly, I was lucky to be looked after by the hotel manager on duty,Leona,who provided a quick room upgrade,arranged a complimentary dinner and coffee for me, escorted me to the shuttle bus and spoke fluent English. I will come back! 👌
