Hotel Hotel per famiglie a Chun'an

We arrived in the afternoon and were quickly checked in. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and some gifts for the children. The rooms were spacious, well kept and bright. We had a great view of the lake despite the rainy weather. The children's play room was very impressive. There was hours of fun for the younger one, who visited every day of our stay. The staff were particularly kind and helpful. Kate and Huan were very helpful. They were super friendly and looked after our child well. Breakfast and dinner was extensive. There was Chinese and Western options so everyone was pleased. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely stay.

I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors. The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek. However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor. It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids. Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time. Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely. Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered. I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him. The gym in building 5 was a disappointment; One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool. Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

Good place, good location. Easy to find and good service. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Some of them spoke English which made things easiers. The hotel is close by a lake and is walking distance to other streets. Rooms are clean and kept well.

Hotel is at very nice location, I. e near to the lake. Front end staff is courteous and friendly. We were allowed early check in and lamest check out. There are many super markets and restaurants outside the hotel. Hotel has special counter for travel local site seeing booking. The person was very friendly and helping. Break fast is okay and has a beautiful view of the lake.

The hotel has a great value for money . It’s located right to the ticket office to the lake boat tour .

這是一次非常棒的體驗，在湖光山色民宿入住了兩晚；因為帶着小狗出來玩，所以在選擇住宿時特別看了這家之前有別的小狗家庭選擇過，也有很滿意的體驗才來的；果然獲得了非常棒的回憶，入住時也有遇到同住的小勾勾們，大家都很禮貌沒有影響到別的旅客！這次來千島湖帶小狗體驗了漂流，扛着濕漉漉小狗回酒店，吃飯時（餐廳味道也很好😄）抱着試一試的心態想問老闆能不能借了院子的水管給小狗沖一下澡，沒想到老闆娘爽快答應，老闆幫着我們忙前忙後拖水管搬東西，還特意然後我們去後院洗擔心我們曬到太陽，超暖心超感謝，我們也有仔細的把院子儘可能的收拾好不添麻煩；現在越來越多狗爸狗媽都會想着帶毛孩子出來玩，但可以供我們住宿遊玩的地方還是有限，在有機會遇到這麼好的住宿環境下我們也願意花更多的心思去改善他人對養狗人的感觀。再次感謝老闆老闆娘的用心經營❤️

Ci siamo fermati nel novembre 2023 e abbiamo avuto un aggiornamento con un bel tubo nella stanza. Grazie. E' stato molto bello. L’unica cosa speciale per questa stanza era che la porta al balcone non era stretta, così freddo l’aria fredda entrava, e il colazione aveva un buon cibo e un buon pasto. Anche il personale era molto carino che non parlava inglese, ma non c'era problema.

【千島湖麓臻品酒店•中心湖碼頭店】 已經第三次來千島湖啦，這次選擇入住靠近遊船碼頭的麓臻品酒店，體驗感很棒！ 酒店環境乾淨整潔，也很大，有好幾層，房間也很多，大堂也很寬敞，靠湖邊的沙發位也很舒服。 預訂的房間，店家升級了房型，超級棒 房間也比較寬敞舒適，床上用品，衞生設施也很乾凈，很喜歡陽台這裏的景觀位，面向湖面，心曠神怡 民宿的小芳姑娘，服務很專業，很熱情，很喜歡她的性格，棒棒噠 民宿的早餐也很豐富，味道不錯 推薦大家一起來體驗打卡哈

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Ausblick und guten Service! Die Lage ist etwas abseits (man braucht circa 20-30 Minuten bis nach Chun‘an), aber die Aussicht und Ruhe macht das definitiv wieder wett. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist super. Es gibt eine Bar die bis 22:30 geöffnet hat und theoretisch kann man sich Mittag und Abendessen im Hotel bestellen. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung!
