Walkable distance to the city centre. Very nice, comfortable and clean motel. Small setup but very cozy. There's free parking as well, not so common for many hotels in Christchurch. It's also just a 15 mins drive away from airport. Will stay again, need to book way in advance though.

Wow, pensa a quanto sia grande questo posto. Pertanto, alloggiare per tutti i dipendenti sono bellissimi, la camera è moderna, tranne che il divano ha bisogno di un aggiornamento, ma tutto quello che posso riempire il pavimento del bagno è super scivoloso quando bagnato, ma questo è un problema anche nel mio paese. Il più bello - grazie soprattutto a Sam - personale del desk front (e anche efficiente). Ci sono anche una fermata di autobus direttamente fuori; vi porterà al centro, o andrà alla stazione di autobus e viaggiare a Sumner o Lyttleton - entrambi valgono la pena di visitare. Per qualche ragione, tuttavia, l'acqua e le ghiacci di complimenti sono apparse solo il nostro primo giorno! Utile avere un lavandino ospite, ma essere avvertiti c'è solo una macchina per tutti i piani ... La zona della cucina è buona, ma non per coloro che vogliono cucinare una tempesta - è necessario chiedere poti e panini. Non è un problema per noi come preferiremmo mangiare fuori (prova Rangoon Ruby vicino, buono, se un po 'neutralizzato' sapore, come la cameriera stessa lo ha messo!). In generale, un soggiorno davvero piacevole in una città molto interessante.

Charming, luxurious and boutique room, we loved everything about it. Hot tub was a cherry on the top, well-selected minibar was a perfection, breakfast was just soooo good and we couldn't stop thinking about it. Their dinner was even better- serves a 4-course tasting experiences at their beautiful restaurant. Make sure you try it!

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte dopo un lungo giorno di guida. Volevamo un buon posto, solo per restare la notte. Ci siamo sentiti caldamente accolti alla ricezione. Dopo aver sistemato e rinfrescato - grande bagno e attrezzatura. Abbiamo preso un rapido $7 Uber a New Regent St (come pioggia) È stato solo a 10 minuti a piedi a casa. Dormito bene nella nostra stanza migliorata (premioso). È stato un passo mattinale nei Giardini Botanici. Incluso o parcheggio ci ha reso facile accedere alla nostra auto per il viaggio all'aeroporto la mattina successiva.

Absolutely beautiful private hotel run by wonderful hosts. Very welcoming, helpful & genuinely friendly. We stayed in the King Suite, which was very comfortable with a lounge area equipped with a large flatscreen tv, refrigerator plus tea & coffee making facilities, a very nice bathroom & very large bedroom with king bed & also equipped with wardrobes & large flatscreen tv. Downstairs is the breakfast area, guest lounge & outdoor area for relaxing in. Check in is any time after 11am & check out by 11am. They’re happy to store luggage & invite you to use the lounge after check out while waiting for pick up. This was a memorable stay & we hope to return.

I booked 3 bedrooms apartment with 3 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The room is good. The only negative feedback is about the extra charge $30 each for children over 2 years old per night, as many hotels don’t charge children under 11 if they use existing beds. And more importantly, those hotels provide the info on Trip. I was surprised when I was told about the extra charge $180 for 3 children for 2 nights, eventually negotiated down to $90. I would suggest the hotel put children policy on Trip so that people is aware of extra $30 per child (over 2 years old) when they make the booking instead of checking in.

L'hotel è super spazioso con un letto grande e uno piccolo. Abbastanza per una famiglia di tre persone Il letto grande è anche abbastanza grande per tre persone. Anche l'igiene è buona, le altre strutture sono le stesse degli hotel ordinari. Il soggiorno è abbastanza confortevole, e c'è anche un divano e un tavolino. Se non vuoi andare a mangiare fuori, è una buona scelta riportarlo in hotel. L'hotel ha una palestra e una sauna, ma io non ne ho una. Impossibile commentare.

Excellent location! So close to everything in the city centre, we used the valet parking service and didnt take the car out once!, we could easily walk everywhere. We stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom suite, which was nice and clean, well appointed, and with a super comfy bed. They even had a wee sewing kit and a toothbrush kit, which are definitely things we've needed on our travels! Facilities in the hotel were great and staff were very friendly and attentive. Quintin from concierge was so helpful, and helped make our stay extra special by organizing wine and platters and delivering balloons to our room for our arrival :) Breakfast was also really yummy. Thank you Fable Christchurch! We really enjoyed our stay :)

Great location that's only a 10 minute walk away from the city centre. Easy accessibility to eateries and groceries. It happened that the ceiling started leaking water on the 2nd day of my stay. The staff acted quickly to switch me to another room and I am pleased with their quick reaction. The room was cosy and spacious. I would stay here again.

Il nostro hotel è stato aperto per 4 notti, è arrivato per la prima volta, la ricezione è stata abbastanza gentile ma non molto utile come qualsiasi personale di front desk potrebbe essere. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, la posizione era fantastica, l'ambiente era meraviglioso (molto, pochi ospiti caldi). Ma in qualche modo mia moglie ha perso l'anello di nozze dalla nostra stanza, e non ci siamo accorti che alla fine del giorno, e avremmo dovuto prendere l'orecchio. Il signor *********, il manager dell'hotel, ha reso ancora peggio dal punto di vista dei viaggiatori. Ha un atteggiamento peggiore verso l'intero incidente, invece di offrire la sua empatia, ha spinto la responsabilità verso gli ospiti dell'hotel che hanno perso l'anello di nozze nella sua stanza all'hotel. La sua aggressione passiva è in tutta la povera recensione di Google! Egli ha reagito con la sua brutta reazione quando ha chiesto di avere un CCTV diverso dal record di accesso alla porta che poteva fornire immediatamente, e ha acconsentito alla sua risposta e all’atteggiamento verso qualcuno che si è rivolto in camera per cercare solo l’anello scomparso. Non era amichevole, empatico, né benvenuto, nonostante sia nel settore dell'ospitalità. Non incolpo nessuno qui, né faccio accuse su nessuno, ma lui, come manager dell'hotel, è stato l'unico a cercare aiuto in un paese straniero, e ci aspettava di capire come funzionava la polizia e il sistema qui. Per noi, ci ha fatto sembrare *** e dimenticare le nostre proprietà.

Stayed four nights at this hotel which has a great location and within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Check in was good and paid parking plentiful. Unfortunately, the lift was not working on our arrival so we had to leave our luggage in our car and walk up to the third floor. The hotel is dated and grubby as was our room. There was a trolley of dirty towels and linen left in the hallway for over 24 hours during our visit, this is unacceptable! The bed was comfortable but the bathroom towels were very thin. One day we returned to our room at 4.00pm and the room was not made up. I understand the vacated rooms are made up first but after a full day of sightseeing, it would be good to return to a tidied room. I have stayed at various Quest hotels in Australia as I am a member but this is by far the worst. As such, I could not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Great motel, good location & fantastic helpful and sweet host, Rose. We stayed at Admiral Hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s very clean and nice rooms with everything you need; big kitchen with supplies, nice bed and great shower. The hotel is located near city center and only takes 10-15 minutes walk. But the best thing about this hotel is the owner Rose. She is the much loving women, who did everything in her power to let us have the best vacation ever! From we stepped into her motel we felt at home. And even her husband Terry, showed us great hospitality. We can’t thank them enough. All our best recommendations to Admiral Hotel!
