Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana durante l'estate. La ristorazione è stata eccellente. Abbiamo provato i buffet al primo piano, eccellenti nonostante fossero economici, e anche il ristorante cinese al terzo piano, che serviva dei dim sum davvero ottimi e molto convenienti. Abbiamo anche ordinato del cibo dal servizio in camera, che ci è stato consegnato in camera, anche quello era molto buono e a prezzi ragionevoli. Abbiamo anche provato delle bistecche M8+ alla griglia al secondo piano, più costose ma anche molto gustose, anche se penso che gli altri pasti che abbiamo provato avessero un rapporto qualità-prezzo migliore. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Abbiamo avuto un membro dello staff dedicato che ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande su WeChat e anche a qualsiasi richiesta come la richiesta di servizi (acqua, tagliaunghie, graffetta, stampante ecc.) quasi istantaneamente tramite messaggio, richieste di pulizia della camera e lavanderia o prenotazione di uno dei servizi di ristorazione. La palestra era ben attrezzata e non molto affollata. Non abbiamo provato gli altri servizi. Ci è piaciuto anche fare uno spuntino serale sulla terrazza al settimo piano, dove la vista è spettacolare e l'atmosfera è rilassante. Nel complesso, siamo molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza!

It’s definitely 10/10 experience for me and my husband. It was for my hubby’s birthday celebration! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful ! They are even kind enough to do a birthday decoration in the room :) We also had dinner at Robin’s Grill Teppanyaki and of course they did a beautiful decor at our table with providing the cutest birthday cake. Also, we had drinks at River Terrace with the warmest hospitality from Rigo (waiter from dinner & bartender). This place is stunning! Must go! Overall, we enjoyed Regent very very much. We will definitely come back soon!

For the 15 days in China, try almost luxury hotel, here service is the best, even room got some problems but the employees here so nice and helpful me all the time. 10000 star for them. We be back when i travel Chongqing again

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and kind. Moreover they were all extremely professional and competent. My river-view room was exquisite, with a beautiful view of the lights off Chongqing. The room-keeping was impeccable. The pool and sauna area were excellent. The food facilities were excellent and high quality western options were available - after 20 days in China this was very nice to have something that reminded me of home. I will miss my beautiful room and the wonderful services and facilities in the hotel. More than that, however, I will miss the staff, who made me feel at home in a far away land. Thank you to all the staff for an exceptional stay.

We must write about our stay at Regent Chongqing to show appreciation of our stay this round! We travel a lot and have stayed in different hotels, but Regent Chongqing must be the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Their attention to details on the design, all the services and sincerity from all the staffs (i mean ALL), and their sensitivity to all our needs (I once ordered 暖貼 from **, and when they brought my order to the room they also brought me 紅糖薑茶沖劑). Honestly words can’t describe our happy we are at our stay here, we plan to come back end of year will for sure will not have any other choice than Regent.

Staff is friendly and good service, the hotel room view is excellent.... guve it a try to stay here... you won't regret!!!

Very underwhelming experience, totally different from other positive reviews. Firstly, there’s no welcome snacks/fruits for my stay. I do not know why so many other guests received nice snacks/platters from their reviews, this is clearly a double standard treatment. Second, when I requested for bath soak preparation which the hotel claimed they will provide to guests, what they did was simply leave a pack of bath salts and a bottle of bubble bath solution on the tray. The staffs claimed they no longer do that for guests and we have to DIY. If the hotel is no longer providing this service, you should not be advertising that. Clearly a misrepresentation from the hotel. Do not believe the older reviews you see here with nice rose petals bath. I will not recommend this hotel. For this price you are paying, look elsewhere for other better options. Very disappointing.

Service would merit 6 stars. They really went all out to take into account guests' preferences and needs, and guessed these quite correctly. The room was also very well outfitted, with a spacious pleasing layout that allowed for circulation and comfort.

As the first time when I booked this hotel I shocked by their excellent service and personal environment.you can get better sights in room which besides to the Jia Ling river when you sit there and drinking wine you can really feel it's a nice vocation moment! Also breakfast is wonderful too.By the way,they gave me a nice gift while I leaving.The best hotel in ChongQing with no doubt.Hope we meet in the next time:D

Once you arrive at the hotel, the Service began. From check in to Regent Club to the Restaurants. Especially mentioning Miss Nicole Xiang I. customer Service, very tentative. Highly appreciated.

Great hotel that begins with a luxurious lobby space and warm hospitality. The rooms are well-equipped, and the butler service on WeChat is convenient and responsive. The pool and saunas were comfortable, and the gym was sufficiently equipped. We had several requests that were all met expediently (such as getting bubblewrap to help us with protecting the glassware we bought). Special shoutout to Miss Lilyan, the attentive and friendly front-counter staff member who went out of her way to prepare gifts for us before we left. Miss Nicole was also the person behind our prompt WeChat butler service. Kudos to the both of them! This hotel is among the more expensive choices in Chongqing city, but it is easy to understand why as the overall experience did not fall short of a 6-star experience. The location is great from the airport (it saves you from needing to cross the bridge and join the traffic jam), but accessibility to city centre remains great. Our room had a partial view of Hongyadong too!

The stay was exceptional all the hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The private butler service truly amazed me. I’d definitely choose to stay here again

We stayed at The Regent for two nights and are very happy with the experience. At check-on, June and Nicole were patient with our inefficient Putonghua while introducing hotel services and facilities in details such as pool's open hour, whether swimming cap is included and the complimentary mini bar and laundry etc. The hotel is beautifully designed with dark wood rendering a sense of serenity and elegance. Our rooms enjoy captivating views of the river and Hongya Dong. The interior of the room aligns the design of the hotel with aesthetic details such as red tissue box, red stationery box, collateral with soft floral illustration. The bed is very comfortable, the firmness of the mattress is just rigjt.The hotel offers a range of amenities for our convenience which is thoughtful. The complimentary mini bar included soft drinks, white wine, beer and snacks, a very nice offerings..Each room received complimentary laundry of 3 pieces of basic garment which suit our needs. We enjoyed the complimentary special bath as well, rose bath and lemon bath, it is a fantastic gesture. We had breakfast at the Lounge, the buffet quality and selection were wonderful. The Chongqing XiaoMian was the star. The local breakfast specialities and the western choices were all tasty including the fried mackeral, steamed dim sum and the fresh salad. The hotel pool is nice, it is 25m and is indoor. The Regent is located in the financial district, adjacent to a shopping mall. There is a good variety of restaurants and local stores. The Concierge team is friendly and helpful I was not able to catch the team member's name but he has assisted us with our luggages and saw us off with a sincere smile. We had a very memorable stay!
