Hotel is not so bad. But the breakfast view is amazing with variety of food. You can see Hakuba mountain view during you take breakfast in the morning.

My recent stay at Hotel JAL City Nagano was a pleasant experience. The hotel is remarkably clean, which was a top priority for me. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is another major highlight. It's just a short walk from Nagano Station, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by train. The surrounding area is also bustling with shops, restaurants, and cafes, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Several popular attractions, such as Zenkoji Temple and the Tokugawa Garden, are also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city's cultural and historical sites. While the hotel offers basic amenities, it's the cleanliness and convenient location that truly make it stand out. A fair hotel located at the heart of Nagano. Though the hotel has a little bit of history and the service attitude is slightly behind average Japanese standard.

The hotel feels new, and clean. We enjoyed the amenities of the place, and the convenience — all that one expects from a brand-name hotel. The only downside is that the room we were allocated faces the temple cemetery, which should’ve been told to us earlier upon check in. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent hotel for a quick short stay in Nagano.

Location near to train station and food establishment, food 10/10, room super clean.

Is a bit far from JR station around 12 mins walk. And hotel exterior is a bit old fashion. And room layout is a bit strange( hexagonal shape) . Other than that overall is satisfactory, bed very comfortable and big size, staffs are very polite and efficient check in. Amenities is very sufficient and you don’t need to bring any of your own.

Hotel is quite a walk from train station, but there’s many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and decent. Hotel staff is very helpful, we transferred our luggages over to Osaka as we are heading for Tateyama nice walls. Received them with ease, and hotel staff is very kind to help us complete the form in Japanese language.

Great place with friendly staff. The twin room was big and the bathroom convenient. There is a lounge area with washing machines, microwave and drink machines. Definitely a good place
