Front desk manager said breakfast is available in morning went down in morning it was all dark nothing set up it was well past 7am on a week day

Relaxing trip to get away. The clerk came and helped me set up my dvd player, he was very helpful.

The only redeeming quality this hotel had was that the gentleman working the front desk was friendly. When we first entered our room it was easily 90 degrees. We immediately opened the window (it was -5 outside) it took at least 3 hours for our room temp to feel comfortable. There were hairs on our sheets and pillows, the carpet was dirty and the whole place had a strange overpowering smell.

the wall heater didn’t work- it was literally like 50
Degrees in room. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser in the shower. All the staff was not necessarily rude, she was not friendly at all.

Bedding was stained, furniture was dirty, wall outlet didn’t even have a cover to hide the wiring…

Stained pillows, cords hanging out of the wall. Charged extra for pet which wasn't explained in booking. Very run down... when i told the qorker in the front about the problems there was no attempt to remedy any situation.

You get what you pay for my room was clean and staff was nice and breakfast just like any other hotel.
Also way better than the Amerivu in Chisago
