We had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to Miyuki aka 3spices which was by far the worst experience I've had at the restaurant. We had made a reservation for two well in advance and arrived at 7:45 pm. However, upon arrival, the hostess, Savita, took an unusually long time to confirm our booking. We were then left to find our own table, with no assistance from the staff. Once seated, we were attended by Sweta and Poli, neither of whom seemed to have any clarity on the availability of menu items. They repeatedly had to go back and forth to the kitchen for answers. We waited 20 minutes before being served water, and the beverages arrived 10 minutes later. I had specifically requested that the courses be served individually, but Chef Afridi appeared to be in a rush and hastily prepared the Tonkatsu at the live station, serving it cold and missing key ingredients, such as the egg. The server then informed us that the kitchen was busy and they would serve whatever was ready—an unacceptable approach for a five-star establishment. After waiting 55 minutes for the Salmon & Cream Cheese roll, we found a hair in the dish. We asked the server to contact the manager, Mr. P, who was near the buffet counter. Despite clearly seeing our concern, he rudely ignored us and walked away. We were then asked to wait another 10 minutes for the remaining items, which led us to cancel our entire order and request the bill. When the bill arrived, Savita and Sweta included items we had not consumed. Upon asking them to correct this, they begrudgingly removed the charges, but their attitude was less than professional. Additionally, despite asking for the Zomato Diner discount and to have the service charge removed, neither was applied. This experience was not only frustrating but also disheartening, as it reflected poorly on the standards I had previously come to expect from Miyuki. Unfortunately, given this poor service—ranging from cold food to unhygienic concerns and unprofessional conduct—I will no longer be recommending the restaurant to others, nor will I be returning myself.
