The small fridge in the room automatically shuts off after 2 hrs and doesn't stay at a safe temperature to store breast milk. The front desk advised to just use an ice bucket. This is problematic because (1) you will have to continually refill the ice bucket and (2) there is limited capacity. After an escalation to the manager, they offered to hold my milk behind the front desk in their fridge. I am not comfortable with that ”solution” nor do I want to go back and forth to the front desk for my baby's bottles and milk storage. He advised they previously provided medical fridges but they currently do not do so. I am so beyond disappointed. I expected so much more from this brand and now have to figure out something to do with my milk for my exclusively breast fed baby. Ugh, don't they have mother's stay at this property!? Marriott, do better!

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno a Intercontinental Chicago. abbiamo prenotato questo hotel dopo molte considerazioni. La posizione è la migliore. Buffet di colazione grande, mia figlia amava le fragole fresche e le uova Benedict. Questo sarà il nostro andare all'hotel quando a Chicago!

Volevamo amare questo hotel. E' la seconda volta che ci siamo fermati qui. Ma ci sono LOTS di regole. Se comprate champagne nel lobby dalla macchina di vendita Moët & Chandon (che è fantastico), non si può sedersi al bar e bere. Si può solo sedersi nel lobby. La terrazza sul tetto esterno non sembra mai essere aperta - anche se è una delle ragioni principali che abbiamo scelto questo hotel. L'hotel afferma che è nuovo, ma le camere mostrano chiaramente che era un altro hotel prima. Si', hanno cambiato gli arredamento, ma le porte, i pannelli e i quadri sono vecchi e bassi, e ci aspettavamo molto di più da una collezione di autografi di Marriott.

La mia famiglia e io siamo arrivati intorno 330AM in una venerdì sera/sabato mattina. Servizio: 4/5 Il personale notturno era fantastico, l'ospitalità era IMPECCABILE! Da parte del ricevitore, aiuto di campanella, sicurezza, si chiama! Vorrei poter ricordare i loro nomi, ma il ricevitore era un giovane uomo africano americano circa la metà degli anni '20! La squadra mattinale e la squadra pomeriggio hanno bisogno di alcuni puntatori dal personale di turno notturno perché hanno bisogno di un lavoro. Camere: 3/5 La nostra camera aveva 2 letti di dimensioni piene, erano bellissimi e spaziosi per tutti noi 4 (3 adulti e 1 bambino). In generale, apprezzerei il nostro soggiorno a 4/5 (Sarebbe stato 3.5/5 se non fosse stato per il servizio che abbiamo sperimentato al check-in.

Centralmente situato per raggiungere facilmente il fiume Nord, l'ovest, e i musei nel loop sud; è molto vicino alle fermate di tutti i treni. Enrique era terribile! Era la prima persona che vidimo ed era molto amichevole, professionale e utile! L'hotel era eccezionalmente pulito, le letti erano molto comodi e le camere erano molto tranquille con tetti alti che facevano sentire le camere più spaziose. . La zona del salone è enorme con una varietà di posti a sedere confortevoli. Se si ottiene buoni da bere, usali presto, anche se il piccolo bar si chiude alle 830! Sicuramente rimarrebbe qui e sperare che Enrique sia lì per accoglierci! Ha davvero aiutato a rendere il nostro soggiorno più piacevole!

The hotel is in a great location! Close to main attractions and lots of restaurants! Main staff was not very friendly. Hotel is beautiful when you enter. Rooms are very old and need updating. The toilet in my bathroom had a corroded tank and a broken lever. That was a bit frustrating. Bed was very hard!! Room was very cold! Only one thermostat for the entire hotel. There is no individual thermostat in each room. Had to ask for extra blankets. They did provide that for me. The fitness room is very nice! Every thing you need to have a really good workout! They indicated they are in the process of renovating rooms. They’ve just not completed that project yet. I would stay there again if the price was right. Hopefully next time I’ll get an updated room!
