Hotel Hampton by Hilton a Chicago

Clean, nuovo hotel dove abbiamo bisogno. Tutti erano gentili e d'aiuto. Il parcheggio è di 30 dollari a notte e hanno tenuto 300 dollari per gli incidenti, quindi non si aspettavano.

La posizione era grande. Sta camminando a distanza dal centro e dalle aree turistiche per vedere a Chicago. La stanza era spaziosa e il buffet colazione era buono. Il piano dell'ascensore e del telaio della strada è un po' abbassato e ha bisogno di più pulizia. Il loro personale è utile. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era buono.

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

L'hotel è ancora buono. Molti americani si rimangono a colazione fredda e calda. Ci sono acqua calda per caffè che può fornire anche bagagli gratis. L'ambiente è buono. La posizione geografica è superiore. È prenotabile. La seconda notte ci sono stranieri che hanno un compleanno molto caldo e non sono isolati all'estero.

La camera è molto spaziosa, vicina alla zona panoramica, comoda e sicura per viaggiare.

La stanza è molto nuova e il servizio di autocarro è molto buono vicino all'Università di Lorraine, ed è anche molto sicuro. È possibile camminare sulla spiaggia del lago per un po' Anche le strutture della sala fitness sono complete Ci sono molti ristoranti intorno a loro e cibo cinese.
