Hotel in zona Boeing International Headquarters, Chicago

This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures). I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago

Dear Management, Our stay at your hotel was quite disappointing and uncomfortable, with experiences ranging from excellent to poor. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from the Magnificent Mile and right next to the Red Line subway station. This made shopping, dining, and exploring the city’s attractions very convenient. The room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We appreciated the in-room amenities such as the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which added to our convenience. However, the hotel’s management left much to be desired. Upon our arrival at around 4 PM on July 11th, the front desk staff repeatedly asked for my family name while holding my Canadian passport, trying to obtain personal information from my Chinese visa. This mistake led to another front desk employee calling us at 9 AM on the third morning to verify my identity with my passport/ID again. Most frustratingly, during our four-night stay, our room was never cleaned. There was a sign on the door that had ”NO Thank You” printed on both sides, which was confusing. Even when we hung the sign outside, the cleaning staff would still knock on our door at 9 AM while we were still sleeping. When told to come back later, they never returned. Despite leaving the room at 11 AM and repeatedly informing the cleaning staff and front desk that our room needed cleaning, it never happened. Additionally, we ran out of shampoo. Despite informing the front desk in the morning, it wasn't replenished by the time we returned in the evening. This forced me to wait in the lobby for a long time to get the issue resolved after a tiring day of sightseeing. On the night before our departure, I went to the front desk to share our experiences with two staff members. They offered us breakfast as compensation, but we typically do not eat breakfast. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very poor. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the Hilton brand, and this experience has caused me to question the brand’s reputation. Le camere da letto doppie sono molto grandi, la posizione geografica è eccellente e sono molto adatto per il turismo familiare a breve termine.Tutti gli attrazioni sono a piedi, parco di Qianjiang, porta di cammino, palestra d'arte, barca da crociera, ecc.

Very nice. Be sure to tell them beforehand for late checkout.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone if I could! Every single staff member was super nice and answered all my questions fast. The LOCATION is PERFECT! I was staying here for Lollapalooza and it was just a 8 or so minute walk to grant park. Being right on the river was incredible! The inside is very nice and clean and the room was very spacious. Will stay here gain if I ever come to Chicago!

Sono stato molto bene in questo hotel nel centro di Chicago, situato nelle vie dei negozi di lusso. a piedi o con i mezzi si può raggiungere qualsiasi cosa. io consiglio i mezzi perché costano veramente poco e con 5 dollari potete fare l'abbonamento giornaliero con ventra. mi sono trovato bene.

La sala elettrica di ogni piano è molto ampia. Ci sono 14 elettricità. Anche se è necessario cambiare elettricità al 20° piano, è ancora molto conveniente. Si dirige al lago Michigan e al parco. Il servizio del ristorante è gentile e il prezzo del colazione è ragionevole US$25

I visited this hotel with my girlfriend and it was a good experience as it was close to downtown and close to several convenient areas.

First time in Chicago so didn't know where to stay, luckily I found this hotel and it was very nice, hotel rooms are nicely decorated and clean, took a while to figure out where coffee machine was but found it in the end, only blemish was one set of elevator was not functional but there was no notice posted. It's not that difficult to post notice on the tenth floor was it? But all in all, a pleasant stay and a great location with nice restaurants around hotel, definitely will come again.

Bel Hotel sul lago Vista eccezionale dai piani superiore. Camere spaziose e molto confortevole, anche se abbastanza ”nude”. Colazione abbondante con personale molto addato, sorridente e professionale. Buon punto di partenza per il centro città Prezzo forse un po alto.
