Hotel in zona Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University, Chicago

L'hotel è molto situato sulla strada Michigan, il paesaggio è ottimo e il lago è magnifico quando il tempo è buono.La strada di Liu è molto conveniente. È possibile andare direttamente alla torre d'acqua, e tutti i tipi di negozi soddisfano le esigenze di acquisto e acquisto.

This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures). I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago

According to the booking, filter and photos, it shows there is a pool at this location. THERE IS NOT A POOL HERE. We only booked this hotel for the amenities and view. Not finding out until we had checked in and inquired about pool hours we were too late to cancel our hotel. So just wasted a night and money on a place I would have never stayed at. We did not have a pool and according to trip booking parking showed for $78 but was more when we arrived. I’m not happy

Let's start with the check-in. Since we got into Chicago early (9am), we had to wait till 2pm to check in. the hotel was nice enough to keep our bags for free. However, given it would be a walk around downtown for a few hours, we had to repack our backpack. unfortunately during the repack, one of our passports dropped onto the lobby floor. after an hour of panic, as we only discovered the loss at lunch, we got back to the hotel to ask if it was turned in. The check-in person basically just brushed us off by opening a couple of drawers and said he knows nothing. After we got into the room, we called downstairs (Guest Services) to ask for slippers (which they don't have) and also asked about the passport again and they again said no. our last ditch effort was just to give Guest Services our room number and name and ask them to call if and when it is found. Within 5 mins of the our call, a different person called up and said they do have our lost passport. A bit strange that a found passport is given much priority especially when the passport name matches our reservation name. Also at check-in, I overheard another guest was staying 2 nights and heard that they were told that for 2 nights, there might not be a room cleaning as they only clean 'every other day'. For us, we stayed 3 nights and there wasn't any cleaning attempted. I wish they would have told us of this arrangement beforehand and we would have priced this into our calculation. For the room, the carpet was quite dirty and had sticky wet spots on them. We had to place our bed covers down on the floor so that we don't get sticky feet. The A/C was working very well but it just wasn't well designed. There was only a single outlet vent and it was at waist level and blew directly onto one of the 2 beds and it was very loud and came on very periodically. To be fair, we never reported any of these in-room issues as we just didn't want to be bothered moving rooms. The laundry service was somewhat of a bonus as it is free. however, it is at a different location and there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer (for the whole of 2 hotels). Luckily when I wanted to do laundry, it was available. The washing was fine (around 25mins) but the drying was at least 90 mins. Guess when something is free, it cannot be that good. On final day check-out, we were given a late check out which is appreciated.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Very busy location . The only negative is the cost of parking is ridiculous at $62/night.

Tre adulti soggiornavano per una notte in uno studio con 2 Regine. Situazione fantastica! La stanza era situata al 8° piano di fronte a Erie. Ha una vista sui negozi Nike e Ferragamo e Ritz Carlton Residences sul Michigan Ave. La stanza e il bagno erano molto spaziose. Moderni servizi e molto puliti. Il personale del dipartimento frontale nel lobby del primo piano era molto bello e amichevole. Colazione gratuita con vista dal 20° piano era buona. Non ha utilizzato parcheggio valet a $75. Usato SpotHero in un autoparking garage un isolato da $30

Sono stato molto bene in questo hotel nel centro di Chicago, situato nelle vie dei negozi di lusso. a piedi o con i mezzi si può raggiungere qualsiasi cosa. io consiglio i mezzi perché costano veramente poco e con 5 dollari potete fare l'abbonamento giornaliero con ventra. mi sono trovato bene.

I would spend my money elsewhere. Yes, this hotel is in a nice location, and yes, the rooms were nice. That's about it. I was quoted a price for a room that INCLUDED taxes and fees. The customer service representative confirmed twice with me that the rate included taxes and fees, and then we checked out, and taxes and fees were added to what we were told was the total charge. The manager tired of looking into it I guess after one attempt, because she wouldn't listen to my second call with customer service to rectify the issue. Also, the ”rooftop” bar on the 4th floor allows DJs to play blaring music until all hours of the night. There was a wedding the weekend we were there, and we called the front desk who said there was nothing they could do and the music would stop by 3. So, in a hotel, where you go to rest, we were just told to deal with it and I guess not sleep. This is a HOTEL that happens to have a bar. It is not a bar, and I would expect better consideration for guests who are good money to stay here. My room should not have had the windows shaking from the music. Also, we asked to speak to a manager and were told there would be no manager until Monday. What hotel has no manager on duty on the weekends when most people are staying? They did give us half off our room for the night, but it would be better if they would require private events to end at a more reasonable hour considering they are a hotel or tell DJs they have to turn the music down at a certain point. Finally, when housekeeping came by, we were getting ready to leave for the day. We asked them to come back around 12:30 to make up the room, and they wrote it down and never came back. We got some fresh towels, but the garbage was left and the beds were not refreshed. I can get better service and a better experience for a much better price at another hotel, which I will do next time.

Ho fatto questo viaggio con mia madre per correre il maratone di Chicago e ancora una volta sono stata accolta con tutta la carità e l'attenzione dall'incredibile squadra della Penisola. L'hotel è fantastico, le alloggi sono super spaziose, moderne e confortevoli. L'hotel ha la migliore posizione a Chicago, oltre a possedere un spa completo, una piscina riscaldata e un jacuzzi, servizio SUV con conducente, cortesia agli ospiti (un raggio di 2 miglia dall'hotel). Vorrei esprimere un ringraziamento speciale a Christina Subida che è stata spettacolare con noi in tutti i modi. Servizio nota 1000. La stanza è una stanza di vista sul lago, la finestra è aperta e il lago di Michigan è infilato negli occhi. Nella stanza si può vedere il paesaggio del sole e del sole. E l'hotel è molto tranquillo e sicuro intorno. La mattina e la sera sono molto piacevoli da camminare sul lago. È la migliore scelta per l'alloggio dell'hotel a Chicago.
