I had a great experience staying at Hotel Springs Makuhari in Chiba. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Makuhari Messe convention center and nearby shopping areas. The convenience of being close to public transport made it simple to explore the city.The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with well-maintained amenities and attentive staff who were always ready to assist.Overall, Hotel Springs Makuhari is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and great service.

good location if you are here for the exhibition at Makuhari Messe exhibition hall... so convenient, and could find food everyway.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

I accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window

Convenient transportation from Narita airport by Messi bus. Location is nearby the Kaihim-makuhari JE station. Fifteen minutes walk to messe. Good room cleaning work. This is the 2nd time I stay here. Reception can help to arrange the local delivery which is very convenient.

Breakfast is good. Nearby got shopping centre , eatery and grocery shop. JR train station is nearby!

Service was exellent. When I checked in, I was very tired due to jet lag. The receptionist was patient and understanding. The room was clean and the well furnished. Loved the location nearby the JR station and a nearby mall.

The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good
