"Da la stazione di 1000 Yi passeggiando 7〜 8 minuti, ma questo è un bel hotel.Il grande piscina pubblica è anche molto pulito, e sono molto soddisfatto.I vestiti della stanza sono anche distinti, quindi anche se non dormi bene non lo farà.Puoi camminare al negozio più vicino entro 2〜 3 minuti. Non c'è un parcheggio, ma c'è un parcheggio fisso in moneta vicino a 24 ore, quindi non penso che sia un problema."

"I booked this hotel for a concert in Makuga, Chiba. It was very nice. It was very close to the tram stop. It was easy to get by the airport bus and two tram stops. The room was clean and the reception was very warm"

UUtente anonimoReserved a 3-night stay at this hotel, conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk from Chiba station. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink available from 2 pm to 11 pm. It would have been improved if they provided hot coffee for guests in the morning. A notable highlight is the onsen on level 3, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
Special commendation to Ms. 李, who facilitated our check-in. Upon overhearing our Mandarin conversation, she promptly switched to Mandarin, enhancing our understanding and overall experience. A thoughtful touch that stood out during our stay.

PPWe booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

Mmyloves33just a few minutes walk from chiba station and a lot of restaurants and other establishments around the area ...i was very thankful on the attendant...me and my friends were really so surprised and amazed with the room we stay because its so beautiful, clean, has an overlooking view, things needed were prepared .. the shower and bath tub were great with overlooking view as well..i highly recommend this hotel in chiba ..

La casa non ci ha lavato i nostri tazze sporche. Ci ha dato solo un asciugamano grande e un asciugamano bagnato. Ho condiviso i asciugamani con mio marito. Abbiamo due persone in camera. Perché solo un asciugamano.

AAlbert JrLocation is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

黃黃昏之年享受旅遊獨樂樂最大問題和缺點是窗戶不能打開，沒有藓風， 就像住在沒有窗或露台的船艙，困著穢氣和二氧化碳， 只有一個非常細小的窗透氣。
被廹在這樣清爽的天氣，也得要開空調， 分體式空調是不能夠換室外的空氣入室內，所以因窗戶沒法打開是不安心的。
地點位置優越 一直穿過商場就是千葉火車站， 無論去東京或者去機場 都是方便。
晚上四周環境有點雜亂，不知為何多個街頭也見有紅衣女郎站著？招客飲酒？
如果不介意開空調，遇著價錢便宜的日子 亦可以接受的。 不過星期五六的加價非常厲害 接近平日的雙倍 被迫要搬回偏僻的成田機場附近的酒店

One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
