Pool water was so dirty that we barely saw the bottow and decided to skip swimming. Safety box not working. Room was nice and TV was new.

I liked the hotel very much. Clean and comfortable room, good bathtub, wifi, breakfast. The receptionists were attentive. They can order a tuktuk taxi for you. Also, there are free bicycles, which was very convenient to explore the temples and stupas in Chiang Saen. The city is safe, and you don't need a lock for your bicycle.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and took care of everything I needed. Thank you for the excellent service!

Short staffs but well service. Hotel located right in front of Mekong River. Apparently it’s a 120 years old hotel but still in good maintenance except for the swimming pool tiles. Overall everything is pretty good.

The hotel and location is great. Morning breakfast is real good. The price is affordable and low budget with full services.

A very nice hotel in a stunning location on the Mekon river. Big rooms, well equipped, big terrace with amazing views. Nice bathroom with separate bath and shower and a very comfortable bed.

Services are great. Room is cleaned. Bathroom is well set up with bathtub and separated shower room. Bed and pillows are comfy. Hotel has a nice view of river. Breakfast is great with variety of different foods. Service in the dining room is also excellent. Overall we are satisfied while we were staying there and would definitely staying here next time we visit.

設施：新酒店，房間很大。 衞生：很好👍 環境：非常好，有陽台，湄公河畔，風景優美，一邊吃早餐，一邊享受河景。 服務：非常好，我們入住很晚，行李員還是幫我們把行李送到房間。 美中不足：酒店臨街，夜裡路上的摩託聲音很清晰。
