I problemi sono iniziati subito dopo il check-in. Ci hanno mostrato una camera con un letto queen-size. Ho detto loro che avevo prenotato una stanza con due letti. Fummo immediatamente portati in un'altra stanza, questa con due letti. Eravamo felici. Tuttavia... la mattina dopo ci è stato detto che eravamo nella stanza sbagliata... e ci è stato ordinato di spostarci, ancora una volta... in una terza stanza. Mi sono lamentato del fatto che un hotel "buono" non farebbe mai spostare gli ospiti in un'altra stanza, a causa dell'errore stesso dell'hotel. L'hotel dispone di un totale di ******* che gestiscono la reception durante le ore mattutine. È rumoroso e scortese. È stato Lui a farci cambiare stanza... due volte. L'hotel dovrebbe offrire il servizio di pulizia su base giornaliera. L'abbiamo avuto UNA VOLTA. Sfortunatamente ho avuto un caso di diarrea e ho sporcato la biancheria da letto. Il giorno successivo, le lenzuola non furono cambiate... semplicemente lasciate sporche. Mi sono lamentato e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare per le lenzuola "rovinate". Ho lavato io stessa le lenzuola nella vasca da bagno. Non solo, ma li ho puliti perfettamente. L'hotel, tuttavia, ha detto che dovevo pagarli perché non potevano essere riutilizzati. Avevo dato loro una busta con i nostri passaporti e i soldi da tenere in cassaforte. Adesso avevano uno strumento di contrattazione. Paga 40 dollari per le lenzuola, altrimenti non riavrai i tuoi passaporti. Sono andato alla polizia per lamentarmi. Mi è stato rifiutato. La polizia non aiuterebbe. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare 30 dollari solo per riavere i nostri passaporti. Estorsione illegale. Trattamento ORRIBILE da parte del personale estorsore. Ho detto loro che gli alberghi migliori mettono una lista sul muro, spiegando che bisogna pagare i danni. Questo hotel non aveva un elenco del genere. ATTENZIONE: stare lontano da questo hotel. Niente acqua calda... mai. La madre del manager è una totale *****.

Il mio soggiorno al Le Saigon è stato davvero buono. Il personale era gentile e cordiale. L'esperienza complessiva è stata fantastica. Hanno ascensori per le camere ma non è completamente accessibile ai disabili. È necessario salire alcuni gradini per raggiungere la reception

After checking in and entering the room, there was a shampoo that someone had used on the table. When I asked for the luggage storage service, the staff said it was free for up to 2 days and would be charged from the 3rd day. When I went to pick up my luggage 2 days after leaving it, the staff said that even that would be charged if there were no additional room reservations. His voice was very forceful, but my brain sensed it as barking and did not command my body to take any action.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location was good. Rooms cleaned daily.

AVOID!!! Rooms smell very mouldy with weak air con. Staff are very miserable. Hotel wouldn't let my Vietnamese girlfriend check in. vietnamese women can not stay with foreign men at this dive.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Clean room. central location, walking distance to Ben Thanh market. Many choices of local foods nearby.

Place is near to all the tourist destinations and food streets. Recommend staying here. Everything is in walking distance.

2nd stay at the hotel very good value and friendly

Very friendly receptionist - male and female both. Place is clean and price is good. Superb location. Overall a good budget stay

1. Water pressure in the shower is really weak. The washroom sink has good water pressure, but the shower has a really weak water pressure, so it will take you time to shower. 2. There is a warning sign not to leave any valuables inside (passports, wallets, phones, tablets, laptops, money and etc.. ), which is a bit concerning. 3. The door locks are keys, so you need to remind yourself to lock the door everytime, as it does not automatically lock when you close the door. 4. Very friendly reception. Always gets up to greet whether you are entering or leaving. For the price, amazing value and location.

The standard room with no window is good for the price but there were a few ants in the room

I stay there whenever in HCMC. It is good value and a great location.

Nice little hotel in District 1 close to all attractions. Very polite and helpful staff
