I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Despite its smaller size, this hotel offers a level of service that rivals that of larger establishments. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional housekeeping service. Every day, my room was transformed into a pristine and inviting space, much like the day I checked in. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary minibar stocked with a selection of delicious local beers. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. Guests have the option to order from an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I did notice that the menu remained the same throughout my stay. While the options were delicious, it would have been nice to have a rotating menu for guests who stay longer than three days. This would provide a greater variety and prevent repetitive dining experiences. During my stay, I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff. It was a small issue, but I believe that attention to detail is essential in providing a flawless guest experience. I hope that in the future, the hotel will pay closer attention to all the little details to ensure a consistently outstanding stay for all guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would gladly return in the future. The exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a charming and memorable stay.

This unique boutique hotel was lovely in terms of layout, style and elegance. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast included was most adequate. The spa was extraordinarily great value for money, and I would highly recommend having a massage and facial, as it was truly a divine experience. The rooms were well appointed, and look just like the photos online. As it was very hot at the time of year we were there, the air con was greatly welcomed. The big minus for the hotel was the reception experience. On arrival there was general confusion about our booking, the ladies were in the backroom the whole time, and it was difficult to get input on what to do, or where to go. There just seemed constant confusion and a lack of energy at reception overall. There was a lack of local knowledge or guidance, and I expected some really great insights on local restaurants or adventures such as cooking schools etc, but it was not forthcoming. Just a minor thought, but the hotel clothing of the staff also missed a beat. Everyone was in tired looking grey polo shirts. A minor point, but for such a lovely hotel, I thought there could be something more fitting/traditional for the team to wear. Finally the old mercedes was a hoot. Loved being driven to the airport in it. Added to the adventure.

Grande soggiorno! Era la nostra prima volta a Chiang Mai e questo hotel era perfetto. Grande posizione centrale, le camere sono ben attrezzate, letti sono comodi, non ci sono strutture per colazione, tuttavia ci sono molte cose intorno, quindi non c'è problema. Il personale dell'hotel era fantastico. Mi dispiace non aver preso il suo nome, ma la signora che ha lavorato le mattine era bella. Ci ha indicato nella direzione giusta e ci ha fatto buone raccomandazioni su dove andare e i migliori modi per andare. Saremo sicuramente a Chiang Mai e rimarremo sicuramente qui di nuovo

Stavo ancora due volte qui, con le reli. Una notte quando siamo arrivati da Bangkok, l'altra notte quando siamo tornati a Bangkok. La prima notte quando siamo entrati nella stanza sembrava che fosse piena di mosche, certamente molti di loro!! Sono andato in ricevimento e ho chiesto un po' di spray per insetti, ma il personale ha insistito che un manutentore lo facesse. È arrivato, si è ridotto sotto il banco della sala da pranzo e ha dato un spray veloce, verso il pavimento!! Quando si alzò di nuovo, prese il cane e gli sprayi intorno alla stanza e al bagno. Andammo a cena e quando tornammo tutti i pesci erano andati; magia!! La seconda notte era buona, per una volta. Solo meno di 1000 baht per le due notti, quindi diventare anche più economico.

Spent 3 wonderful nights here as our base for a couple little day trips. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were firm, clean, and offered a good nights rest. The grounds are so nice and peaceful, a nice respite from a busy town. The pool was clean and clear and pretty large with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant/bar is adjacent to the pool so everything was very convenient. The service was excellent and the staff everywhere were super nice and helpful. One can’t ask for more from a hotel stay. On a couple side notes, just outside the property to the left as you exit there is a small tailor shop (Mr. Armani) and next door is a little clothing shop selling typical thai pants that you see pretty much everywhere. Jasmine, The niece of Mr. Armani works at the small shop and is also a travel guide. Her English is perfect and she would be a great choice for a guide. A short walk up the street that is perpendicular to the street the hotel is on is a fantastic night market area. (exit the hotel to the left, then make the first right walk maybe 100 meters). Lots to see and more stalls than you can count. We found a small bar and could order food (we had Indian) in and have a cocktail. See the picture for the name. All things considered Yaang Come is perfect and located very well, close to everything you need!

We visited here after reading reviews where everything matched up with the website and pictures. After finding the hotel, situated a 20 minute walk from the old city, in a very dilapidated area, along un-lit and in-paved roads (not suitable for young families), we were greeted by some very confused staff who then took 10 minutes to find our Expedia booking. While the hotel plot is well maintained, the surrounding area is not. Room was pleasant enough but didn’t have ANY hot water in the shower or taps, so cold showers for the 3 days of our stay. In room safe didn’t work so could put valuables away. The swimming pool was so over-chlorinated that it turned a blue swimsuit and blue trunks GREEN (which are now completely ruined). The pool can be accessed by anyone through a side gate. There is no policing and at the end of school hours there were kids everywhere. On night two we got a knock on the door by a member of front desk staff at about 20.30, who then accused us of smoking in the room (just to be clear, neither of us have ever smoked). Breakfast was lacking in variety and freshness. No alcohol is allowed onsite, but this is only mentioned by a sticker on the front door. The walls were *very* thin, and windows were too, so the rooms had a lot of external noise, especially from the motorbikes on the side road. If you’re looking for a cheap stay then this place is fine but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than 2 nights.

Arrivato e deciso di lasciare e prenotare in un altro hotel poco dopo - preoccupato per la sicurezza, il personale lasciato per cena lasciando l'hotel aperto aperto, siamo stati l'unico ospite. Personale piacevole - la ricezione aveva un letto in e era utilizzata dal personale. Un po 'dato, tappeto non lavorava in bagno, doccia povero, frigo condiviso fuori dalla stanza. TV ha numero di canali, può collegarsi a Netflix (necessita di un proprio utente/password). Molti mosquiti. Richiesta di rimborso (pagato 4 notti) - offerto di pagare la prima notte, rifiutato.

La stanza è pulita, ma le strutture sono un po'antiche e la stanza è un po' umida.La letto sembra un po' nera per molto tempo e il letto è molto morbido.Il cavallo di acqua dolce è inutile due volte. L'aria condizionata è molto potente, il prezzo è anche pratico. È anche buono per soggiornare due ore prima. Non c'è problema dormire.
