Clean and neat room. Very strategic location with only 2-3 minutes walk distance to Maya shopping mall.

Pool is very nice and big A bit disappointed they couldn’t give unlimited bottled water refill The road to the hotel is subject to heavy traffic maybe due to maya mall or nimman district so takes a while to get a car

I chose this hotel as it is near to a mall and One Ninman. The rooms are clean and spacious if they are able to hair conditioner, cotton pad and body lotion it will be great. My next trip I will still choose this hotel .

The location is quite good, near maya shopping mall. But it’s little overpriced and should provide breakfast for free.

The location is next to Maya Mall. The room is clean and the bed is super comfortable. It gives me a good night rest. Surprisingly, I don’t have jet lag at all. (I traveled from UK) breakfast is excellent. A lot of food choice to accommodate our taste.

Super friendly and helpful staff. 3 mins from Maya. Clean room and good air-conditioning. Large enough bathroom. Plane noise occurred until 1am, you should remind. Breakfast was quite small, but there were good places to have a brunch nearby. So far, so good to solo traveler.

A nice hotel with convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. They will change some of their breakfast food dishes everyday so that you won't get bored.

Very nice and spacious room, there's always card slot so the room is always Aircon when we come back in the evening which is very good as it's very hot in Chiang Mai.breakfast is great , stayed 4 nights different menu daily.location is great too, near amenities except there's is no laundry nearby

The hotel is clean and check in service very fast. But the traffic at maya junction is very bad, which my cause delay to hotel

My family and I have stayed at Hotel Mayu multiple times and for good reason Well priced rooms Good location near Nimman but not in the busy area Impeccably clean Great customer service (email communications are replied promptly) Free parking on surface and underground Friendly waitresses at the restaurant Breakfast has a good mix of local and continental food Small pool Gym which I used a couple of time Won’t stay anywhere else in Chiang mai

The location is just next to MAYA which is super convenient. And the cleaning staff are so detailed.

Location is good, just a short walk to Mayu shopping mall, hotel rooms are clean and have lift to your floor, I didn’t use the pool because it was rather small and seems shared with the next door apartment. Breakfast is very good that out of our expectations because they can brew fresh coffee and there are enough cho, the thai breakfast is cook when you order.
