L'hotel non è molto grande, ma la posizione è molto comoda: è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere di Nimman. Cibo, shopping, udito e massaggi sono tutti disponibili. L'intero hotel è progettato in bianco e legno e personalmente sembra un po' il Tempio Lashi. Anche la stanza è molto spaziosa e la cosa più importante è che il letto e i cuscini siano molto comodi. La TV ha Netflix come opzione e puoi anche trasmettere YouTube sul tuo cellulare per guardarlo sulla TV, il che è super conveniente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione ho mangiato polpette e stinco di maiale, che erano deliziosi. Il caffè e il cibo occidentale sono un po' ordinari. Allo stesso tempo, per cena ho provato la pizza, il pesce e la zuppa di funghi, entrambi buoni. Durante questo viaggio ha piovuto molto, c'era il sole quando sono uscita la mattina, ma poi ha piovuto di nuovo, quindi non ho usato la piscina. Da provare solo la prossima volta ☺️ Un'altra mattina, mentre aspettavamo l'autobus nella hall, abbiamo incontrato un monaco tailandese che pregava per il primo anniversario dell'hotel. Anche noi siamo stati spruzzati con acqua dal monaco. Il personale dell'hotel ci ha spiegato che ci stava benedicendo con la sicurezza. La prima volta che il mio cuore si è spento🫢Assolutamente, mi sono divertito ogni sera😅Un'esperienza davvero speciale🙏🏻

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno di tre notti all'hotel durante le vacanze di New Years. Il personale all'ispezione era amichevole come previsto in Thailandia. Il mobilio del lobby dell'hotel era leggermente sovradimensionato per il suo spazio, dovevamo camminare intorno per arrivare all'ascensore. La nostra camera era abbastanza grande e confortevole per i nostri due appartamenti di dimensioni moderate. Ci sono stati due piatti che abbiamo ordinato fuori dal menu, che erano eccellenti e che hanno goduto eccellenti. Purtroppo, a causa del nostro programma di due giorni, non potevamo prendere il brunch caldo, e l'ultima mattina hanno offerto un brunch in pacchetto, un sandwich e un altro cibo meno memorabile. Il brunch caldo è stato la cosa più memorabile per noi circa l'hotel. Mi piaceva anche la progettazione della stanza. In termini di posizione dell'hotel, è piuttosto centrale con negozi e ristoranti a 5 – 10 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo trovato il traffico molto lento intorno ai nuovi anni con molti thailandesi. Questa è la mia seconda volta a Chiang Mai con il mio primo viaggio in luglio più di una decina di anni fa. Durante entrambi i viaggi abbiamo avuto un amico che vive a Chiang Mai ci ha guidato. Il traffico durante il nostro primo viaggio non è stato memorabile, a differenza di New Years, che ha fatto arrivare all'hotel lentamente dalla strada principale e potrebbe essere meglio prendere un taxi/barca/passeggiare su una strada principale. Potrebbe anche essere utile controllare quando i tempi occupati sono a Chiang Mai per avere un viaggio più piacevole.

Facilità: nuovo hotel, sicuramente il primo.La colazione è fantastica Salute: anche assolutamente OK in termini di salute Ambiente: in strada, molte moto e auto tornano indietro, non mi aspettavo quanto potessi essere tranquillo, ma davvero volevo chiudere le porte e le finestre e dormire bene Servizio: questo servizio devo sottolineare che dal cameriere alla porta al cameriere, tutti sono saluti, tutti sorride.C'è una carta di benvenuto, la prima bevanda è gratuita, e anche mi ha mandato un biglietto metallico la seconda notte. La cosa più importante è che quando ho aperto la TV, il primo canale era il canale video cinese, e ho girato tutto il canale video cinese, e c'è anche questo cinese, quindi penso che dovrebbe essere stato specializzato in questo, il servizio è in dettaglio. PS: c'è una barbecue sotto, spinta forte, sapore fantastico!

Grande soggiorno! Era la nostra prima volta a Chiang Mai e questo hotel era perfetto. Grande posizione centrale, le camere sono ben attrezzate, letti sono comodi, non ci sono strutture per colazione, tuttavia ci sono molte cose intorno, quindi non c'è problema. Il personale dell'hotel era fantastico. Mi dispiace non aver preso il suo nome, ma la signora che ha lavorato le mattine era bella. Ci ha indicato nella direzione giusta e ci ha fatto buone raccomandazioni su dove andare e i migliori modi per andare. Saremo sicuramente a Chiang Mai e rimarremo sicuramente qui di nuovo

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at ISTY. It's set in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk around in (though beware that there are no sidewalks in most of Chiang Mai so you have to be careful), and we really enjoyed nearby food stalls each evening as well as a full night market by the north gate. (By the way, there's vegetarian food at the far east side. And there are a couple of vegetarian eateries within walking distance, though I think only during lunch.) The rooms are basic (think shelves but not dressers) but clean and comfortable; beds are Thai style so firm. The co-working/meal area is fabulous, as is the rooftop bar; we spent a lot of time in the outdoor co-working/pool area but either wore long clothes or sprayed against mosquitoes (there were just a few, and an herbal rather than Deet spray was sufficient). The pool is gorgeous but shaded and on the cold side so we mainly looked at it haha. It was getting smoky as February went on (thank goodness for a couple fluke rainstorms that cleared the air for a few days), and there didn't seem to be much air filtration so our eyes were stinging even in our room--but I think that's true elsewhere throughout the region too.

清邁有許多平易近人的設計旅店，共有的特色是離鬧區有點距離、房價低廉、設計極簡還附帶緊湊的泳池。 這次經同學介紹入住POR santitham一個禮拜，可以分享深入的心得。剛抵達時看到它的規模，一度擔心沒有電梯可以搭乘，還好是白擔心一場。 /Check-in/ 櫃檯人員通常只上班到十一點，如果班機太晚抵達，可能會無法辦理入住。 不過我這一個禮拜都可以看到櫃檯人員半夜十二點還在跟住客聊天，所以如果班機比較晚到，也是可以試試請他們等一下。 /房型/ 我的房型是在Agoda上被標為套房的房型，這間實際上是36平方公尺的客房，但經過巧妙的設計，它成為擁有玄關、盥洗更衣室、浴室、乾濕分離等空間妙用的房間。 浴缸算是非常寬，如果兩個人對坐，也可以順利泡進去。 落地窗外刻意種植極高(我在四樓)的樹木，讓窗景多了幾分詩意。 房間另外的亮點是電視很大，而且是4K解析度。床好睡、枕頭支撐力夠。唯一的缺點是隔音不算好，這幾天我都在房間開音樂，直到退房前去收衣服，回到自己房門聽到音樂聲，才知道我有多吵，真是太不好意思了。 /餐食/ ＜早餐＞ 早餐品項大概是高級飯店行政酒廊供應的規模，麻雀雖小五臟俱全。 熱食會隨機更換，而生菜、麵包、煎蛋及香腸組是固定的。 這裡早餐或許不豐盛，但可以攝取完整的營養，伴著游泳池畔悠閒的景致用餐，清邁的慢活氛圍在清晨便迎面而來。 /飯店設施/ ＜泳池、交誼廳、洗衣房＞ 泳池每天早上會有工作人員撈樹葉，泳池水無時無刻都在循環過濾，水質可以安心。 交誼廳在一二三樓都有設置，半開放式的空間讓人心曠神怡。 一樓交誼廳桌上放置的餅乾罐小點心很好吃，我這幾天陸續吃掉的份量，大概有一整罐(我真的被清邁養成豬)。 洗衣房設置有兩台三星洗衣機、兩台三星烘衣機。 洗衣烘衣完全免費，絕對是長期住宿旅客的福音(衣服不用帶太多了)。唯一小缺點是，洗衣精味道很古早，大家真的要帶自己的去用。 /心得/ 對這家飯店有說不盡的喜愛，主因還是因為價格便宜，這樣的房間一天只要一千三出頭，還含早餐。 當然它也有自己的小缺點，例如我的房間冷氣出風口，不論怎麼調整，一定會推著人吹。 浴室水流弱小，如果要放洗澡水泡澡，一定要提早半小時準備。 但清邁冬季氣溫怡人，其實在室內不需要開冷氣就很舒服(夜間18度)；在這裡慢活，洗澡水慢慢放，剛好聽著水聲發呆思考人生，也很愜意。上述缺點確實是可以轉化為在清邁生活的優點。 強烈推薦大家到清邁玩，可以把目光放在這類設計旅店，比起連鎖的大飯店，住這種旅店會更有在清邁樂活的感覺喔！ #porsantitham #chiangmai #chiangmaihotel

The hotel staff was very friendly and attended us very well. We are on our honeymoon trip and they took care of every detail. Our first room had some issues with the toilet: the staff replaced our room quickly without any problems. The hotel has a very nice rooftop pool where you can have drinks and eat in the evenig, the prices are higher than in the city center though at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast is served in Thai style meaning that you have rice, pork, chicken and salads for the morning. If you look for an american style breakfast you can order omelette and they have bread but no cheese and ham. Recommend the hotel.

La posizione è vicina al mercato notturno di Changpuak e al quartiere di Santi Tam. Quindi ci vuole tempo per camminare sulla strada principale di Olta. Ma l'ho usato bene perché il volt era così economico. L'hotel è un po' dentro, tranquillo C'è una piscina. Personale amichevole e ristorante alberghiero economico La colazione è una scelta perché paga per questo. E'un vecchio hotel, quindi e' una bevanda morbida. L'interno è pulito perché la pulisce duramente. La stanza è spaziale. Ma il bagno è ancora acquatico. Non credo di averlo cancellato dall'inizio all'ultimo giorno. Proprio come il bagno stesso è vecchia acqua ㅋㅋ Dovresti avvicinarti a questo per valore. Non mi aspetto che sia un hotel.

Ho visitato Chiang Mai per 20 anni, 5-8 volte all'anno e sono sempre rimasto nello stesso hotel, proprio a pochi passi dalla Mansione Viangbua. Ho guidato per centinaia di volte, poi un giorno mi sono fermato e sono andato dentro per guardare. Mi è stato mostrato una stanza e così ho deciso che la mia prossima visita a CM mi fermerò qui. Perfetto, non posso dire molto altro per descriverlo. Entra in questo bellissimo lobby, decorato in vecchie caratteristiche tradizionali, il lavoro manifatturiero è eccellente. Stai solo nel corridoio d'ingresso e guarda il tetto! E' pulito senza sosta. La stanza che avevo avuto era al 6° piano, e bella, con vista verso le montagne e verso Doi Suthep in distanza. Molto spazio di magazzinaggio, grande comodo letto, più un posto a sedere e una bagno molto pulita, anche il balcone era molto pulito. Ogni giorno ho fatto colazione cucinata, le migliori uova che abbia mai avuto in CM, anche se mangio molto raramente bacon e uova, è delizioso, e il colazione includeva anche frutta fresca, melone d’acqua e pineapple, così come tè o caffè. Sono rimasto una settimana, e mentre sono solitamente pronto a tornare al lavoro dopo pochi giorni, potrei essere rimasto felicemente una settimana in più a Viangbua. Il personale della reception, il ristorante e i custodi sono tutti molto amichevoli e la Mansione Viangbua è ora il luogo in cui rimarrò sempre a Chiang Mai. Potrebbe essere a poche distanze dal centro della città, ma a volte il centro della città può essere molto sovraccarico, soprattutto quando i turisti stranieri saranno ammessi.

La camera è molto buona, pulita, tranquilla, la bagno è la più impressionante. La vista della camera da letto si guarda Doi Suthep a distanza, la posizione è buona, il proprietario è molto gentile, prenda cura, attento, dà la privacy dei clienti molto bene.
