Great hotel, very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable

We are booking for 4 person, when we arrived the SofaBed not yet setup, Overall Good especially parking available onsite

A decent and new-build hotel. At a convenient location, near a Waitrose, the town centre and Chester railway station. Recommended for those who would like to stay at Chester. The only problem is some of the light bulbs is broken. And I would like to say Chester is a great town with many historical buildings.

quite ok for business and families trip

The hotel is very modern and tidy. When I checked in, the front desk staff was explained clearly and politely. Also, provide a welcome drink of coffee or fruit tea.

Nice welcoming cocktail, modern hotel. We booked a family room but the sink was not draining properly and our view was not the canal but waitrose. We paid extra 6 pounds for parking but great breakfast

The hotel is clean and modern. The location is a walking distance away from Chester city center. The family room is good size, well design and cozy. In addition, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread very much.

10 mins walk from Chester rail station. The room was fine with this price. But the check in took 30 mins ☹️

Great hotel. Room was small, but very clean. The only downside was no option for air con in the winter and the room was very hot even with the window open!

Room was lovely, very small car park which is annoying. We had to park elsewhere. Not sure it was worth the bumped up price due to a big concert we were attending in Wrexham.
