Hotel con parcheggio a Chennai

Questa volta, tornando da Xiaoguang Village, scegliere di vivere qui.Il quartiere è un centro commerciale. Anche se il club opposto è più vicino al nuovo centro commerciale Express, l'ambiente è più tranquillo.(Figura 1 è l'angolo del palco) tutti i servizi sono gentili, pazienti e entusiasti. La stanza è aggiornata alla suite, e le cose reali valgono la pena!

Ristorante molto curato e personale molto disponibile e gentile. la cucina è molto curata riescono a farti sentire a casa anche a se ci si trova a molti kilometri di distanza. Lo consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori riesci a trovare cibo non piccante perché dopo 26 giorni ha voglia di cibo di Casa Grazie a tutto lo staf

Fantastic hospitality. Amazing Palace. Check in chek out was very smooth and hustle free. Room is very huge and nice. Food is excellent. Service is outstanding. All the staaf is amazing. Sayantanu and sumit at the reception is very helpful

La camera & Food era buona. Tuttavia, il servizio era molto povero, il tè ordinato è stato portato dopo 2 ore! I servizi per sedie a rotelle sono molto cattivi per i cittadini senior. I servizi di Valet devono essere correttamente coordinati dall'hotel ***gestione.

This place was recommended by a friend who stays at Boat Club and I read reviews in Google, Tripadvisor and Aggregator sites.   We booked 2 rooms for 2N/3D stay at Crowne Plaza, Adyar, Chennai through an aggregator site. I called up the hotel to check on our reservation confirmation, but we were told that only one room is booked and they do not have second room confirmation. I called up the support team of aggregator and they confirmed it is 2 rooms and they called up the hotel and shared us an email confirmation. Later I called up the reservation desk and understood that 2 rooms are booked and it’s a confirmed reservation.   Our Check-in experience was good and the staff were courteous and quick.   We were allotted two rooms in old block at Floor number 14 (Room No 1403 and 1405). For a moment I recollected the online reviews I read and the pictures I saw about this hotel weren’t in the same. I thought I will revisit the reviews online and double check If I had made any mistakes in booking wrong hotel. I also called up my friend and told my experience isn’t great and the rooms are looking OLD and the plumbing systems inside the wash room and room telephony isn’t working well. I invited the hotel Duty ***ager (Mr.Josua) and showed him the plumbing system inside the wash room and asked him just because the I happened to book from an aggregator site and got attractive deals, we were given a poor looking rooms? Or is this a standard rooms that they offer for all type of bookings. (we discussed this after experiencing our stay in poor and old looking rooms for 1 night).  Mr.Josua said the rooms in this floors are due for renovation and they would allot us rooms from new block. I told I would like to see the room before we move in. Mr.Murali took us to the new rooms and I could match the room pictures as posted in review sites. I told Murali and Josua, it is outrageous that they allotted old rooms to gullible guests. We moved into new rooms in Floor 25 (in new block)   The breakfast was awesome and service host (I think his name is Jibin).

Hotel discreto, in particolare il personale è molto attento e gentile. La spa è da dimenticare e sinceramente anche la piscina è davvero brutta. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli ed il ristorante ha personale scrupoloso verso i turisti occidentali

Situato all'angolo del quartiere di alta qualità, in un luogo molto tranquillo.Nessuna reception, l'immagine è che sei venuto a fare il pub piuttosto che l'hotel.C'è un cortile, se hai un numero, puoi partecipare alla festa. La stanza è molto pulita, dal punto di vista giapponese, la corsa è buona.La cosa più importante è che il personale è buono e che il biglietto per l'autobus e il treno è molto utile.La cosa più importante è amichevole e amichevole! La colazione e la cena sono anche disponibili. Il pollo Masala e il burro di formaggio sono molto deliziosi. Se torno a casa, resterò di nuovo.

Always a comfortable stay at The Raintree, St Marys! Reservations are always well taken care of and staff always go the extra mile to be of help. Special mention to Rahul, Ritu, Ashton and Uma for making the stay really pleasant and for taking care of every small detail. Truly appreciate their stellar service! Look forward to be back

Il servizio è stato eccellente Le strutture erano buone. La cena era meravigliosa, soprattutto il colazione. Purtroppo la prenotazione che ho fatto attraverso Trip ,com non è stata rilasciata all'hotel. Quando sono entrato all'hotel non c'era alcuna prenotazione del mio record lì. Ho dovuto contattare un amico che conosceva il ***agger lì per risolvere il problema. Di conseguenza, devo aspettare 1.5 ore al lobby. E' una cattiva esperienza. In futuro, contatterò direttamente l'hotel piuttosto che passare attraverso un terzo.

Questo è il mio 2° soggiorno in questo hotel! Mi piace questo hotel a causa della posizione strategica vicino al negozio e al cibo cielo ❤️ Cosa sta colpendo questa volta, il pacchetto hotel 3 set di colazione per noi quando dovevo controllare presto al mattino alle 6! Sono molto pensanti e amichevoli e apprezzo davvero lo sforzo Il prossimo attrazione è stato il ristorante celeste al livello 20! Il paesaggio era invincibile! E' semplicemente wow Rimarrà in questo hotel?
