The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat. The chair has a tattered hand rest. The hand shower in the bath is rusty. The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the manager in the next day.

Service was excellent Facilities was good. Food was superb especially the breakfast Unfortunately, the booking i made through Trip ,com was not relayed to the hotel. When i checked in to the hotel, there was no reservation of my record there. I had to contact a friend of mine who knew the manager there to resolve the issue. As a result, i have to wait 1.5 hours at the lobby. It is quite a bad experience. In future, i will contact the hotel directly rather than going through a third party.
