Alcuni piccoli dettagli nella stanza sono molto buoni. C'è un interruttore elettrico per le tende accanto al letto, quindi non devi alzarti dal letto per chiudere manualmente la finestra. La presa multipla ha la sua interfaccia USB per non portare con me un caricabatterie quando sono uscito questa volta, quindi ho preso in prestito una scheda dati dalla reception. Il problema della ricarica è stato risolto con un solo cavo. Anche la bambina ha avuto un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio e ha pazientemente introdotto l'ambiente circostante cibo e percorsi.

Super fortuna!La prenotazione è una stanza di punta, perché in quel momento gli ospiti sono pieni di aggiornamento alla suite 😄 e scelgono l'hotel, amano questo stile cinese e uno spazio ostili confortevole. Vivo e mi sento più bella, pulita della foto, e io e io siamo molto soddisfatti. L'ambiente del colazione è anche molto creativo, è il tipo di design di carte e ha spazio privato.Anche se la colazione non è molto varietà, mi sento molto attento, frutta, torte e cibo sono molto fresche.

Servizio: Dato che ho fatto il check-in solo alle 23, l'accoglienza è stata comunque molto gentile. Il concierge si è offerto di consegnare cibo da asporto alla mia porta. La tessera della camera in legno di Kempinski è molto bella. Ho dimenticato la mia carta d'identità al momento del check-in fuori e anche la reception mi ha aiutato.Ho fatto la chiamata.
Ambiente: L'esterno dell'hotel ha un senso di età e la lobby è relativamente vecchia, ma ha ancora il livello di un hotel di lusso di fascia alta. Il reparto delle camere degli ospiti è stato rinnovato in uno stile di decorazione più moderno, che è completamente diverso dallo stile al piano di sotto. Inoltre, l'illuminazione nella stanza è nella media e un po' buia, e l'effetto dell'aria condizionata è nella media. La lamentela più degna di nota è che non c'è porta nella stanza della pioggia! Ma le strutture igienico-sanitarie e di rifornimento sono complete.
La colazione era molto buona e ricca di varietà, ma era un po' affollata. In breve, il Kempinski Chengdu mantiene standard elevati e servizi e strutture di prima classe per quasi 20 anni dalla sua apertura.

Per i viaggiatori con lo zaino in spalla, probabilmente è sopra la media. Il motivo principale è che la posizione è molto buona ed è comoda per andare ovunque. Anche il servizio è buono. C'è una sala comune all'interno e una caffetteria all'ultimo piano evento di incontri con l'erba il giorno in cui sono andato.
Devi prendere sanitari e articoli da toeletta dalla reception e puoi sempre trovare qualcuno lì. Il materasso nella stanza è pulito, non ci sono allergie al naso e anche il bagno è pulito.
Solo le strutture sono leggermente diverse. La seconda e la terza immagine sono foto reali. Pensiamo che le parti più diverse siano il palo da arrampicata e il pannello laterale del letto. Haha, i materiali sono completamente diversi.
Successivamente ho scoperto che la foto del bed and breakfast che avevamo prenotato per quattro persone su Ctrip era una foto di sei persone (／_＼)
Oltre ai problemi relativi alle strutture sopra menzionati, l'esperienza complessiva è comunque molto buona. Se alcuni amici vogliono trovare un ostello economico in città, allora vale davvero la pena prendere in considerazione questo hotel e tornerò e ci tornerò.

UUtente ospite1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

NnelsaL'hotel è molto tranquillo, conveniente per il parcheggio e il servizio è molto gentile e attento.Puoi prendere il bastone con i bambini e vedere il fuoco.Il pomeriggio è molto delizioso, la soppa di soia di notte è sgradevole o la polvere di ghiaccio è buona.La colazione e la cena sono molto ricca, ma non posso mangiare. La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi.
Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. MMoments of travelingUn po' datato, ma nel complesso è comunque un buon hotel in cui soggiornare. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non a pochi passi dalle vie dello shopping, è necessario didi. La colazione è buona. C'è molto cibo nelle strade dietro l'hotel. Questo è un punto a favore. La lobby è al 33° piano e per raggiungere le vostre camere dovrete prendere 2 ascensori... 😂 nel complesso è comunque stata un'esperienza positiva.

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

UUtente ospiteUn hotel molto pulito e con un buon servizio, tutto il personale dell'hotel è super cordiale. Sentiti benvenuto qui, la posizione è fantastica, proprio vicino alla zona commerciale. Cammina dritto per 10 minuti e poi puoi vedere il famoso panda IFS, super comodo. Anche se si trova in città, non si sente alcun suono! Anche il letto è super comodo. A proposito, ci hanno persino dato la fascia per capelli con il panda super carina il giorno della partenza.

Igiene: l'igiene è anche molto buona e molto pulita. In generale, usciamo per sette giorni in catena hotel. Il primo è pulito. Il secondo è che il servizio è molto buono il personale è molto entusiasta e ospite. Sono venuti a Chengdu per diversi giorni. La sensazione di esperienze è buona. Questo hotel è l'unico hotel economico che consegna la colazione. È molto conveniente. Sono venuto la prossima volta e scelgo di vivere in questo hotel.

Hanno eventi gratuiti che è stato divertente e un modo fantastico per incontrare altri viaggiatori con lo zaino! Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza privata, il che era bello! La camera in sé era pulita, elegante e confortevole. Anche i bagni erano belli! Solo a volte senza acqua calda per la doccia notturna. Nel complesso un ostello davvero buono, ritornerei sicuramente! Oh, e molti buoni ristoranti e negozi convenienti nei dintorni.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
