來成都出差，對出差人最重要的是酒店乾淨舒適。在攜程上都了一圈，找到了這家酒店，聽名字不知道原來是華住集團下的。
環境設施：
酒店很新，床很舒服，房間也很大，電視，傢俱等等都很新。酒店裝修風格簡約時尚。浴室衞生間分離，馬桶也不錯。被子很舒服透氣，
衞生：整體乾淨整潔。
服務：入住很快 ，服務態度很好。
其他：
早餐挺不錯，有地道的四川小吃抄手擔擔麪。咖啡是我在所有酒店自助咖啡裏喝過最好的。
智能洗衣房真的是經濟型酒店的加分項！建議大力推廣，晚上到很晚了，酒店服務員還幫我烘乾疊好了，YYDS！
智能房旁有健身房，可惜沒時間體驗。
其它堪稱完美，唯一改進建議： 枕頭可以像亞朵枕頭一樣對多選擇，不要這種看上去很美，睡着直接塌的枕頭了。脖子疼。

È stato un grande viaggio!Prenota questo hotel perché vicino al mio amico posto, un soggiorno di 3 notti di straordinario che è un po' preoccupato come non fumatore ho avuto mala fortuna con la stanza più tempo in Cina.Ma le cose sono davvero gentili e utili, quindi abbiamo esteso un'altra notte. La stanza è ancora un po' spaziosa ma molto pulita e confortevole!

La stanza è confortevole e l'ambiente è molto pulito e molto buona esperienza di soggiorno.Trasporti conveniente, in fondo alla stazione di metro C, la stazione di progettazione della stanza è paziente. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, il paesaggio del piano alto è buono, la decorazione della stanza è molto nuovo e abbastanza spazio, principalmente il servizio dettagliato è ancora in posizione, la stanza è dotata di lavastoviglie speciali, e un sistema di circuito dell'aria. Pochi appartamenti a stile hotel possono farlo. La struttura e l'attrezzatura nella stanza sono buone. L'igiene è pulita, il divano, le letti sono ben costruiti e l'igiene per vestiti. In generale, vale la pena raccomandare che se si può mantenere questo stato, scelgo l'hotel in futuro

Top two floors of an old building in Hongpailou district in south west Chengdu. Refurbished just months before. Stayed two nights in June. Room large, quiet and comfortable. Check-in efficient. No English spoken. Ensuite had some toiletries. Room came with slippers and water. TV all Chinese apart from CCTV international. Room wifi worked well. There was a room with some fitness machines, but no-one used during our stay. Food not an option in this hotel. Plenty of eating places nearby. A Carrefour nearby which unfortunately is closing. #1 bus north for 6 stops brings you to Wuhou temple, Jinli street and the ******* area. Hongpailou metro station 500m away. Lots of delivery riders free to roam the floor anytime, so keep this in mind. We probably won't be back to this place

房間比較大，乾淨整潔，床墊睡着很舒服，淋浴水壓很大。酒店工作人員從辦理入住到進入房間，一路都在熱情問候，這點做得很好👍 。周邊交通方便，離玉林也近。服務更是沒得説，到成都時有些感冒，客房黃姐特意多準備了兩瓶礦泉水給我燒水喝，非常感謝！會再次入住。

UUtente ospiteI dettagli vincono, il miglior popolo che abbia mai vissuto, nessuno.Benvenuti a frutta e acqua calda, diverse attività stagionali, bambini e adulti possono godere.Senza TV, metteranno un vecchio libro sul letto, senza tracce deliberate, le persone possono davvero stare tranquille. Il personale deve scrivere molte cose a mano, accogliere le carte, i suggerimenti caldi in ogni scatola, le lettere di benvenuto al colazione, onestà piena.Si presta anche attenzione alla protezione ambientale, portaci a guardare i fiacchi, sottolineare di non portareli, il loro ciclo di vita è molto breve e lo vediamo. Non posso scegliere una popolazione che è un po'di problemi.

Cclamp12345L'hotel è un buon hotel, l'hardware è ok, non eccezionale ma è una corona qualificata.
La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi.
Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

UUtente ospite1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un bel tempo a Chengdu e il nostro soggiorno in mini-hotel ha aiutato a fare la differenza. È un hotel di lusso con la ricezione sul 33° piano e le camere ancora più alte significano che tutte le camere hanno una vista senza ostacoli sulla linea cieca della città.
La posizione era anche grande essere all'interno della distanza di cammino ~7-10mins a taikooli (area shopping) e lankwaifong (area bar/club). È anche solo 100/200meters lontano da una stazione di metro che noi sinceramente non abbiamo usato, come i taxi erano tutti solo 10-20rmb (~€2)
Infine, il personale è stato eccellente e particolarmente utile a ogni richiesta. Speciale gridando alle 2 ragazze (scusate se abbiamo i nomi sbagliati, ma Chris e Joy?), e Stefan Hu che ha preso il tempo di suggerire tutti i migliori luoghi per visitare intorno a Chengdu - aiutarci ad aggiungere le posizioni alle nostre carte e darci un turista informazioni notebook e panda!
Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno in minioun hotel e vorremmo molto consigliare di rimanere qui. Il personale ha portato il nostro soggiorno ad un altro livello, grazie ⭐️

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

XXunHongPuoi scendere alla stazione Chunxi Road sulla linea 3 della metropolitana e camminare per circa 8 minuti per arrivarci. È proprio accanto a una delle strade più prospere. Ci sono i principali quartieri degli affari, aree di ristorazione, ecc. a 5-10 minuti a piedi dal check-in turistico di Taikoo Li, il Parco del Popolo e Kuanzhai Alley possono essere raggiunti anche a piedi . Non appena sono entrato, ho sentito un ottimo atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio ed ero molto entusiasta di chiedere se c'era qualcosa in cui potevo aiutare. L'arredamento interno dell'hotel è semplice ed elegante e le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose. Pieni voti per l'igiene

Aa_foralvinMia sorella ed io abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro meraviglioso soggiorno a Chengdu, in gran parte grazie alla meravigliosa esperienza di soggiorno in questo ostello. Chayenne e Zoey sono state incredibilmente gentili e disponibili. Basta chiedere loro qualche consiglio e saranno sicuri di darti dei consigli davvero carini, e direi che hanno trasmesso bene l'a**osfera dell'ostello. Oh sì, non dimenticare di provare l'opera del Sichuan, la migliore decisione di sempre.
La camera è bella e ordinata, soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la nostra prima camera e ci è stata assegnata immediatamente una nuova stanza. Oh sì, anche le zie delle pulizie sono molto gentili, prova a parlare con loro, sono davvero dolci. Provate anche il loro bar sul tetto, il caffè Aloha e il caffè Waikiki Beach sono i miei preferiti.

Hanno eventi gratuiti che è stato divertente e un modo fantastico per incontrare altri viaggiatori con lo zaino! Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza privata, il che era bello! La camera in sé era pulita, elegante e confortevole. Anche i bagni erano belli! Solo a volte senza acqua calda per la doccia notturna. Nel complesso un ostello davvero buono, ritornerei sicuramente! Oh, e molti buoni ristoranti e negozi convenienti nei dintorni.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
