Prima di tutto, questo hotel è un hotel relativamente nuovo nel 2022. A parte il nuovo ingresso, la casa non ha visto quanto sia nuova. In particolare, l'hotel è dichiarato non fumatori, ma la stanza è piena di un forte odore di fumo.La stanza al 2 ° piano è molto rumorosa e ci sono solo 4 piani nell'hotel. Il gabinetto e la zona bagno sono separati da sinistra e da destra ma non c'è la porta, l'aria condizionata entra nel gabinetto e fa così freddo. Il posto dove andare al gabinetto è come la gabbia di un cane: è abbastanza stretto per sedersi e fa caldo a causa dei riflettori. La cosa più importante è che il servizio dell'hotel non è buono. Ci vuole mezz'ora per consegnare il cibo. Lo metto sul robot e mi dimentico di farlo consegnare al robot. Aspetto che tu faccia 4 o 5 telefonate e perdi la calma prima di consegnartelo.Se sei davvero occupato, non chiamarlo.La gente scende a prenderlo da sola e aspetta ciecamente. Non è consigliabile stare con i bambini, troppo fumo!

The room is very spacious and clean, the hotel common places are very clean too. Really enjoyed the stay and location is convenient to IFS! The receptionists are also very helpful would strongly recommend :)

I've just returned from my third trip to China this year, and once again, I chose to stay at this fantastic hotel. The service was outstanding as always, with a warm welcome and complimentary drinks upon check-in that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the high-quality toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel that felt luxurious. Highly recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back for my next visit!

Location is good, services is just average. Facilities is also average. Bath towel is a bit yellowish and need to be changed to a new one. Hotel's entrance is a bit awkward with dust.

Some rooms don’t actually have a window facing the outside but rather a fake indoor corridor so there’s no natural light. Room is spacious and location is conveniently walkable to IFS and different subway lines.

Good Location, lots of eateries nearby and near TaiKooLi. Shuttle bus to Tian Fu Airport about 500m walk, cost only RMB15/person. Service was good, facilities has all the basic necessities.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very good. I am able to have a huge variety of food. Atour is a chain hotel within China, hence I am open to checkout this hotel in other locations.
