Ottimo hotel, pulito, buoni servizi, nuove strutture, la posizione è davvero buona, colazione deliziosa, piscina pulita,

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la vista notturna dalla finestra è molto bella, ma non c'è rumore e si dorme bene. Sapendo che stavo festeggiando il mio compleanno, non solo il fratellino alla reception mi ha detto un buon compleanno, ma c'è stata una sorpresa quando è arrivato nella stanza degli ospiti e ha regalato una torta di compleanno prima di andare a letto! Il punto è che io, che controllo i dolci, penso davvero che questa torta sia deliziosa! Formaggio denso con un po' di buccia di mandarino, ha un sapore finemente regolato ma non unto, e ha il sapore del formaggio fragrante!

Il lavoro di check-in e check-out alla reception è molto efficiente. Nicole ha elogiato la visita di ritorno e il concierge Jake ha fornito un servizio cordiale. È molto comodo viaggiare e giocare. La metropolitana è molto vicina. È una buona esperienza.

Dopo migliaia di scelte, ho soggiornato per la prima volta al Maoye JW Marriott Hotel. È stato un meraviglioso soggiorno di tre giorni. L'hotel non solo dispone di strutture complete, buona posizione e servizi di facile utilizzo. Dall'arrivo all'ingresso dell'hotel, il cameriere ha preso l'iniziativa di aiutare a tirare la portiera della macchina e ha chiesto se c'era bisogno di bagagli (il cameriere al cancello si è sempre preso la briga). Dopo essere entrati nell'hotel, il direttore della hall e altro personale hanno aiutato con entusiasmo a guidare la strada e a chiamare l'ascensore. Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in all'ottavo piano, il bel ragazzo alla reception, KIM LIAO, ha saputo del compleanno di mia moglie quel giorno. Mentre salutava e benediceva calorosamente, ha informato in modo speciale la stanza degli ospiti che c'era una torta 🍰, che ci ha portato sorprese e felicità inaspettate. Grazie mille, bello Xiao Liao! Vorrei anche ringraziare Yang Chengfang, il cameriere al 26° piano, che l'ha disturbata più volte, ma ha sempre sorriso brillantemente e ci ha aiutato con entusiasmo a risolvere le nostre preoccupazioni. E il servizio di tutto il personale nell'executive lounge ci ha lasciato un'impressione profonda e bella. Grazie ancora allo staff dell'hotel Marriott che ci fornisce un servizio di alta qualità, premuroso e meticoloso, sei il migliore! Soggiornare al JW Marriott Hotel Maoye è la scelta giusta!

Reception staff are very rude They don't know how to respond to queries, just brush off. Otherwise location is good but in same cost much better options are available

Despite of the excellent location and hardware, what makes the Chengdu JW Marriott stand out from all the other competitors from the city is definitely the service. Floy is absolutely the best service manager I have ever met in my worldwide journeys and I will feel guilty if I don’t share my experience with anyone who is looking for a perfect hotel in Chengdu.

The staff are attentive, friendly, and responsive. The hotel is located strategically to most of the attractions and shopping area. The room was spacious enough to fit 2 king-sized beds and the beds were so comfy to sleep. The hotel breakfast served locally as well as international food, and I would rate high for taste. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

I always value cleaness the most from a hotel, and Marriot never disappoints. Very friendly staff too. They had welcome gifts for our kids and children’s amenities.

Whole hotel smells Smokey. We were on non smoking floor but you can smell the smoke everywhere , including towel.

May be because we booked two rooms for 4 nights, we were given room upgrade on checking in. What a pleasant surprise! Our rooms on the 25 th floor ware spacious. One of our rooms had smell of tobacco smoke. When we complained with the front desk, it was quickly resolved with switching to another room which was fresh. Our booking included breakfast. We enjoy the buffet breakfast very much. The breakfast room was modern, bright, comfortably decorated with large picture windows. The staff are courteous and welcoming. The food variety was good, even with traditional local Chinese delicacies! The teas, juices and soy drinks are nice. On the whole, the staff of this hotel were friendly, patient, and helpful. Jack at the concierge should be specially mentioned. He helped us book Sichuan cultural show, and museum tickets patiently. When the internet booking was not smooth , he even called the ticket office direct to find out how he could help us. As for the hotel location, the hotel is just 5 min walk from the Tianfu piazza, and the Chengdu museum is right across the beautiful square. However, if you want to go to Taikoo lane to find nice restaurants, the walk is over 20 min! and better use a cab if you were hungry, as we were on our first night. We had to cross three zebra crossings, and then a long walk, finally gave up walking and settled in a locaL Sichuan restaurant " TaoDe Pots " before we could reach Taikoo place. But TaoDe Pot was a nice surprise too, if you can tolerate waiting outside for 20 min, though they provided seating and lemon drinks. We were surprised with the delicious food, good portion, warm service and friendly price!

Had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Chengdu, everything is perfect.

Very good environment with nice view and good location! Staff was very helpful and friendly 👍🏼 will definitely come back again!
