The location is great, and a lot of food stall and shop nearby. Dongjiao Jiyi also within walking distance The apartment has very great structure, with 2 bedrooms upstair and 1 double bed downstair The view from the room is great, and on the other side there is a projector with TV box with many choice of movie or TV show free for watching. Everything is good for families. The only disadvantage is the ceiling is low, may not be suitable for anyone taller than 180cm

The service at the hotel was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, respectful, and always ready to fulfill any request promptly. As for cleanliness, it was one of the hotel’s strongest points. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and every detail showed great care. I truly appreciate the hotel’s management for maintaining such a high standard of service and hygiene.

The air conditioning was not functioning well, unable to cool the entire room, some of the lights not functioning as well, bathroom door was missing part of it which cause flooded and feel stuffy as there are no air ventilation inside.

The room that I booked was sold out but the host immediately arranged another room for me. The room is well equipped and clean, they have prepared sufficient toiletries for 4pax.

Check in is not convenient especially if you are a foreigner. You have to register yourself such as passport, your name and your contact number in chinese language. They didn’t do anything for you. This process would be annoying if you can’t read or write chinese. And after that they will send you a passcode to lock in your room. The room is not new, it is just renovated. You can even see mold as in my photo. When you enter into the toilet, the smell is really bad. It is not exactly the same as in the photo that they are advertised. Don’t expect too much from this apartment. The good thing about this apartment is the location. You can easily find the restaurant and convenient store just outside of the building.

Very good. Fully facilitated. Many shops to eat below too. Check in process is fuss free too.

good place, you get what you paid for. A lot of nice things nearby, easy check in. Good for a short stay at least

整體感覺還不錯，入住方便，也很好找，離東郊記憶也比較近。入住管家服務態度特別好，我們一共出行六人，三個大人三個小朋友，剛到的房間床有點小，空間也有點小，孩子活動不方便，和管家説了，很快的為我們換了一間房，還為我們介紹了周邊的好吃的。

ทำเลที่ตั้งดี มีร้านอาหารมากมาย ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า เดินทางสะดวก แต่เรื่องความสะอาดยังไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไร ยังมีบางจุดที่รู้สึกว่าสามารถทำมห้สะอาดได้ดีกว่านี้ ส่วนตัวสามารถพักได้ โดยรวมแล้วไม่แย่เทื่อเทียบกับราคาที่จ่าย แต่ห้องพักสามารถสะอาดได้มากกว่านี้อีก ขอหักคะแนนนิดหน่อย

房間裝修佈置的很漂亮，loft躍層複試的，樓上兩個單獨的房間，一樓窗户那裡還有一張大床，一共三個大床，住六七個人都可以，性價比非常高！房間很安靜，隔音很好，床墊枕頭也很柔軟，乾乾淨淨的，晚上睡得很舒服。冰箱、洗衣機、空調等設施齊全，還有麻將機可以暢玩，投影儀也很清晰，和朋友們玩得很開心，而且樓下就是東郊記憶公園，到酒店安頓下來後先和小夥伴們到東郊記憶打卡拍照、小酒館裏坐一坐，然後回來打麻將~總之住的很開心，下次還來住！

自助式入住的酒店公寓，前台在16樓，客房都是衹能密碼鎖，所以也可以下單後直接加微信，管家會發送詳細位置、門頭照片以及房間開門密碼等訊息，退房的時候直接走就行，入住有私隱而且很方便，樓裏的保安也很盡職，安全性很高，帶孩子或者女孩子獨自出門的可以優先推薦考慮這家酒店公寓！
