Although being cheap enough for a student to afford, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful and clean room. Perfect for us foreigners who have difficulty explaining and getting ourselves across to chinese people. The staff were so helpful and patient. They helped us in an emergency to print out a few papers as well. Very grateful. The receptionists were way too cute. Looking forward to my next trip to beijing and staying here.

Although the hotel is very clean and provides good services, the location of the hotel is a bit far from the Subway station. One needs to take a bus to a couple of stations to get there. They gave me a room that is different from the one I ordered online. I asked them, and they changed it to the next subsequent days.

staying is good, and service is nice. If you want to travel around olyimpic water park and shunyi park, this one is the best choice for staying

設施：設施比較齊全。一次性梳子和拖鞋質量很好。有熱水壺和茶包，還有免費礦泉水。但是窗簾拉不嚴，專門定的有窗的房間，結果早早就被照醒了，建議更換調整一下。 衞生：衞生環境一般，衞生間地上有未清理的毛髮，水龍頭和排水口都生銹了。無窗的房間看起來很久沒有打掃，我本人有屋塵的過敏性哮喘，進去之後直接哮喘發作，好在攜帶了葯品沒有發生生命安全。希望能定期打掃不常住人的房間，以備不時之需。 環境：環境一般，比較偏。隔音一般，能聽到隔壁打噴嚏。 服務：小姐姐服務非常好，早起説被照醒了根本睡不着，很痛快的為我更換了無窗的房間。

酒店整體環境良好，地理位置比較優越，交通便利，前台服務熱情、周到，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

第一次來順義，選擇了喆啡酒店，一共住了7天，非常開心的一次經歷。前台服務態度很好，我的手機主板燒了，前台姑娘主動藉手機給我，方便我聯繫家人。酒店衞生也不錯，保潔阿姨每天都及時清洗。今天剛離開酒店，顯示我有一個快遞到了前台，前台小夥子也主動幫我郵寄了快遞。總之是很棒的一次體驗，感謝酒店德所有工作人員，我在這裏度過了難忘的2024-2025跨年周。
