Location is just a few minutes walk to Chunxi Rd/IFS area. Very modern and clean. Great laundry facilities for longer stays. Staff is very generous with the bottled water. Areas for improvement: Room does not have a fridge. Single lift for 20 floors means long wait times during peak times.

The front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staffs are also very good and make sure our room are clean and tidy up everyday. Kudos to the Hanting Hotel staffs and many thanks for making our holiday an amazing one.

Love the hotel. Everything was perfect only the lift. Only one lift to access the hotel which shares with whole building of 20 storey building

The staffs are very kind and always willing to help. You can ask them to keep the luggages there if you are going to other areas for 1-2 days and will come back to Chengdu. The location is also good, not far from the shopping area and have nearby restaurants. But there is no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is located in central Chengdu, and the room is clean. It is within walking distance to Chunxi Road and IFS.

About 20 to 25 mins walk from Chunxi metro station (exit IFS escalator). Overall, it's a lovely hotel given that we've booked the biz room with twin beds. Breakfast was great with a relatively good variety except for the coffee. However, my biggest gripe was the mirror, which was too small and "far" - due to the depth of the vanity/sink. I had backache after having to lean forward whilst putting on make-up. The next day, I switched to using the dressing mirror but it was inconvenient because there's no place to put my make-up items. Hope management looks into this and fix it for future guests.

Overall the hotel is worth staying for the given cheap price.The staff are over helpful as friendly but the only setback was there only 1 lift available to access to the lobby / hotel sharing with 2 others hotel in the same building.

Close to commercial street, clean CaiNiao station near to hotel, taobao package will store there Cons: cannot connect to own data. Front desk very sweet, will inform earlier and help to connect hotel wifi

The room so clean and new. The hotel near shopping area (ISF).

Front desk service was superb as we arrived at ChinXi road at midnight 4am and they allowed us for early check in (last minute booked) and free breakfast for us. Location is superb and convenient.

The hotel is clean and near the center of the Chunxi shopping center. It is very convenient to catch subways and eat at nice restaurants. Th hotel staff is nice and easy to talk to. Thanks for your hard work.
