Very near and convenient, strategic hotel nearby many food steamboat and shopping mall. Very Clean and spacious room. Helpful Lobby Admin staff. Very comfortable bed too, definitely will stay again on the November trip to Chengdu and Chongqing Trip again.

The location is great as it is near a shopping district . The staff were very friendly,they helped us a lot . There only one lift service the entire building.

Generally happy with our stay and the room. The staff were very friendly. One downside is that there seems to be only one lift servicing the entire building of more than 20 floors. Every wait for the lift was a long wait, and the lift was always full. We ended up taking the stairs. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The location is great as it is near a shopping district that stays open till at least 10pm.

The service of reception is 200%!!! They helped us a lot on the parcel issue and always caring about us. How sweet they are ＜3 The rooms also clean and the location is 100%, it’s so near with IFS and those famous locations

Location is just a few minutes walk to Chunxi Rd/IFS area. Very modern and clean. Great laundry facilities for longer stays. Staff is very generous with the bottled water. Areas for improvement: Room does not have a fridge. Single lift for 20 floors means long wait times during peak times.

The front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staffs are also very good and make sure our room are clean and tidy up everyday. Kudos to the Hanting Hotel staffs and many thanks for making our holiday an amazing one.

The staffs are very kind and always willing to help. You can ask them to keep the luggages there if you are going to other areas for 1-2 days and will come back to Chengdu. The location is also good, not far from the shopping area and have nearby restaurants. But there is no refrigerator in the room.

About 20 to 25 mins walk from Chunxi metro station (exit IFS escalator). Overall, it's a lovely hotel given that we've booked the biz room with twin beds. Breakfast was great with a relatively good variety except for the coffee. However, my biggest gripe was the mirror, which was too small and "far" - due to the depth of the vanity/sink. I had backache after having to lean forward whilst putting on make-up. The next day, I switched to using the dressing mirror but it was inconvenient because there's no place to put my make-up items. Hope management looks into this and fix it for future guests.
