Hotel con piscina a Chattanooga

The staff at The Chalet were outstanding especially Chris in housekeeping and Corey at the front of the house (bellhop). Their attention to detail and helpfulness made our stay memorable. The room was nice. We had a king with a balcony (ground level). It was our first stay in Chattanooga. The location of the Chalet made it easy for us to walk to most places. We would definitely stay again.

This place was horrible, advertised itself as a smoke free hotel but the room reeked of cigarettes. Smelled like I was sleeping next to a heavy smoker. There was a used bandaid in the shower, many areas were run down but they appear to be remodeling. Here’s the hood and the bad: Good Furniture appears new Vinyl (faux wood) flooring Tile in the bath area Starbucks coffee Linens appeared to be new HVAC worked Quiet Shower has been updated Bad Roll up shade and no curtains made for a bright room Room reeked of cigarettes Outside areas in disrepair Band aid in the shower No breakfast but advertised otherwise Plumbing under the vanity is exposed Toilet seat is small

Siamo stati benissimo, la posizione era ottima, tutto era vicino, le belle attrazioni e tutto il cibo era ottimo, ci è piaciuto tutto?

Aveva tutto, eccetto un ferro e un tavolo di ferro, Ma hanno avuto un vaporizzatore di abbigliamento, quindi immagino che possano aver lavorato .. 🤔

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato il Day's Inn lungo la strada, ma quando hanno richiesto un deposito in contanti sorpreso di $100 e non rimborsava i punti Wyndham o lavorava con noi, siamo andati e siamo arrivati in questa strada. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente e richiedeva solo un numero di carta per tenere in guardia in caso di danni alla stanza (come la maggior parte degli hotel). Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, le tole erano dolci e fresche, e il colazione era buona con molte opzioni.

This Hilton Garden Inn has been updated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of food choices. There are plenty of places to sit and visit with friends. (Even a fireplace outside.) We stayed when the weather was really cold, and our car was hard to start. The lady at the front desk got a maintenance man to drive around with booster cables and jump is off. We will be back here when we’re in Chattanooga again.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Il personale è stato utile e le camere sono pulite e tipiche di quello che si aspetta. Non abbiamo alcuna denuncia sull'hotel, e saremmo sicuramente rimasto qui se fossimo nella zona. Non è un posto per camminare verso siti locali, ma è entro 5-10 minuti per la maggior parte di tutto quello che si desidera fare nella zona.
